The name, Muhammad Sa'eed Al Qahtani, was put alongside the names of the neo-Qutubites such as Salman al Awdah, Safar al Hawali and Muhammad Al Munajjid.
Is this Muhammad Sa'eed Al Qahtani the same person as the author of the well known book, Hisnul Muslim?
