I read the article "The Saying of Shaikh ul Islaam, Tabdeel and Genghis Khan" from salafipublications.com. Reference: Article ID : MNJ050018 The name, Muhammad Sa'eed Al Qahtani, was put alongside the names of the neo-Qutubites such as Salman al Awdah, Safar al Hawali and Muhammad Al Munajjid. Is this Muhammad Sa'eed Al Qahtani the same person as the author of the well known book, Hisnul Muslim?

The author of Hisnul Muslim (Fortress of the Muslim) is Said bin Ali bin Wahaf Al-Qahtani (http://www.troid.org/store/product.php?productid=17943).
