Shaykh Ahmad Baazmool answered when asked about the statements of Abu Usaamah adh Dhahabi and the upcoming conference of QSS:
The statement of Abu Usaamah, may Allah correct us and him, that the one who discredits Abul Hasan and takes the statement of Shaykh Rabee?, they are blind followers then, this is incorrect. Why? Shaykh Rabee? does not come and say, ?O Jama?ah, leave Abul Hasan!? We say, ?Why O Shaykh?? He says, ?Just because, (word unclear); leave him!? Never! Shaykh Rabee firstly advised Abul Hasan al Maribee al Misree; he used to be a Takfeeri before. He advised him secretly for many years. ?O Abul Hasan return (to the truth) and fear Allah, O Abul Hasan, do not lead the Ummah astray, O Abul Hasan, your mistakes are such and such.? By Allah, we never knew of this in the past. We did not know that he advised him secretly. So when Shaykh Muqbil (rahimahullah) died, Abul Hasan?s intentions started to become clear! He started to break away from Salafiyyah and deviate in Yemen. So Shaykh Rabee? advised him for the last time and he did not take it. So there was nothing from Shaykh Rabee? except a decisive refutation, through it he brought a halt to his statements, and his actions, and his foundation, with proofs, evidences, and sound arguments.
And the Shaykh also said:
Thirdly, (the name) Qura?an and Sunnah Society is not considered (by itself), because we say we are Salafi, and we say that the Qura?an and the Sunnah and the understanding of the Manhaj of the Salaf and action up that is a must. So the one who comes to us and says he is Salafi but he is Takfeeri, then we will say that your Salafiyyah will not benefit you. The one who comes to us and says he is a Sunni but he is Raafidhi or Shee?i or Khaariji or (words unclear) we will say this word does not benefit you. If you are Sunni Salafi, then act upon the Qura?an and the Sunnah upon the Manhaj of the Salaf of this Ummah. So the Qura?an and the Sunnah Society, either they adhere the book and Sunnah and proceed upon and obey the statements of the major scholars, or it is obligatory to abandon them, and keep distant from them, and warn against them, even if they say that at the root of the affair, we are Salafis, because we say that this word requires from you clarity in the faces of the people of innovation. So if you come with a stance, and you protect them, and defend the people of innovation, then you are not Salafis. This speech is of no benefit? It is a must to have clarity. It is a must for a Salafi to stand firm in the faces of the people of innovation. As Abu Bakr bin I?yaash, one of the Imaams of the Salaf said, when he was asked about the Sunni, ?He is the one, if desires are mentioned, then he does not defend it.? So whoever defends Abul Hasan, then he has truly defended the people of innovation. This man, we ask Allah for security and health, we ask Allah to guide him, and correct him, or to save the Muslims from his evil!
And the Shaykh also said:
Also, when Shaykh Rabee refuted Abul Hasan, he refuted him and clarified his mistakes. And these people, Abul Hasan Al Ma?ribee, Ali Hasan, Al Quoosi, and other than them; when they refuted Shaykh Rabee?, they refuted with general statements that were not explained. How? They said this is oppression; this is this, (words unclear). No! Clarify! Shaykh Rabee? made a mistake in this and this. As for mere generalization, then this is from the signs of Hizbiyyah (partisanship) in refuting the truth!

Sheikh Ahmed Yahyah Najmi asked us when we went to see him that if anyone wants to read to get ijaaza from him then they should goto and get a statement from either Sheikh Rabee' or sheikh Ahmed Bazmool that they are salafi.
Mashaallaah this is sufficient tazkiyyah for sheikh Ahmed Bazmool.

The preceding is not the full comments of the Shaykh, there is still more to come. Also, the question asked included in it the Salafi Society of North America, and the statement of Muhammad Zurqane, about oppression from the Kibaar, even though Muhammad Zurqane's name was not mentioned.
And a clarification is needed upon this. Muhammad Zurqane statement was not meant towards all of the ulemaa, but was only meant towards Shaykh Faalih Harbee (as though it is ok for him to oppress the Shaykh like this), and the origin of the statement was not from Muhammad Zurqane, but from elsewhere, even though he did agree with at the time he narrated the statement to the brother. He has taken that stance back. This in no way means that he has made tawbah from it, but he has taken it back, and does not wish to inform us of what his position is right now regarding the statement!
It was neccessary for myself to bring this clarification, since I was the one who narrated on Abdul Kabeer!
