Recently I have seen a lecture delivered by Mr. Jamal Badwi on our local Islamic Channel (in Bangladesh).
The recording seems done few years back. The sound quality was not good enough.
So far I understood, Mr. Jamal Badwi against the US army deployment in Saudi Arabia after the Iraq - Kuwait issue. He put on his logic saying that Our Prophet (Sallallahu Alai Wa Sallam) took the assistance from the non-believer at the time when he had control / power over them, not all the time. For example, he (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) along with the first Caliph, Abu Bakar (May Allah be pleased with him)took the guidance of a non-beliver while heading to Madinah for Hijrah. But that time both of them had sufficient hold on the non-believer. But the present state of Saudi Arabia is not like this.
Besides, he openly blamed some (he specified some, not every one) Scholars in Saudi Arabia (not mentioning name) to be truthfull the present situation. He also mentioned that some of them (without mentioning their name) are surrounded by securities, etc.
I want to know the fatwas delivered on this issues, particularly deployment of US army in Saudi Arabia & taking their assistance.
If someone enlighten us on Mr. Jamal Badwi & his aqeedah, we will be more benefitted.
I would also like to know is there any permissiblity talking against the scholars and the rulars of Muslim nations openly like this?
