Recently I was advised that we can't wipe over ankle socks (socks don't cover the ankle; they come up right below the ankle). I was told because when we make wudu without socks on we have to wipe up to the ankle so because we are wearing ankle socks, our ankles aren't covered; so we can't wipe over them. Is this correct?? Can someone please present some daleel.
