Shaikh Alee Ridhaa Calls Upon All of the Scholars to Make Tabdee' of Abul-Hasan al-Ma'ribee
Shaikh Alee Ridaa was praised by Imaam al-Albaanee in numerous places in his as-Silsilah as-Saheehah, that he is amongst those who are grounded in Hadeeth, and also Shaikh Abdul-Muhsin al-Abbaad praises him. The Shaykh has numerous works and tahqeeqaat amongst them, "al-Mabaahith al-'Ilmiyyah", "Laa Takdhib Alayya Muta'ammidan", "al-Mujallaa Fee Tahqeeq Ahaadeeth al-Muhallaa", "Tahqeeq Ikhbaar Ahl ir-Rushookh", "Tahqeeq ar-Radd 'alal-Qaa'ileena bi Wahdat il-Wujood", "Tahqeeq Tahdheeb al-Athaar lit-Tabaree", "Tahqeeq al-Fataawaa al-Hadeethiyyah of as-Sakhaawee" and others. Imaam Muqbil praised him during the course of one of his refutations upon Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul-Khaaliq and he said that he (Shaikh Alee Ridaa) is "From the people of knowledge". We free ourselves in front of Allaah from the misguidance of Abul-Hasan and his innovations!!
All praise is due to Allaah and prayers and peace be upon his Prophet, the trustworthy, Muhammad and upon his family, and all his companions, then to proceed:
I had previously written an advice to Abul-Hasan calling him to repent from his misguidances in both aqeedah and manhaj, and I put it to him that he should ask the Rabbaanee Scholars concerning whatever has become difficult upon him. However, I did not think - by Allaah - that this man would wallow in his misguidance, and his fabrication, and his lie, after the proofs and decisive evidences had been established upon him, that indicate his misguidances and that he is an Innovator!
Then I looked at more detail into his speech concerning the word "al-Ghuthaa'iyyah", and that it is befitting to use other than this word for the Sahaabah and the Prophets, and that it is not to be considered a revilement or belittlement (sabb or ta'an) upon the Sahaabah and the Prophets (when used), then I came to know that the man has stooped the extreme end of deception and camouflaging (his error). Hence, I have stood to write this bayaan in order to actualise the truth and to falsify the falsehood.
And from this starting point, I call upon all of the scholars that they boycott him, and that they support the truth, without fearing any blame of anyone in the way of Allaah!
For we have been pestered - by Allaah! - by much of what has come to us from these people, and it is as if fitnah is from their very innate nature!
This Sayyid Qutb, ad-Daall, al-Mudill! And whoever came after him from his tail-ends amongst the Takfiriyyeen, following on with Jamaa'at ut-Takfeer wal-Hijrah, until we reach Safar and Salmaan and Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul-Khaaliq, and al-Haddaad, and others from the Chiefs of Misguidance, and then finishing with Abul-Hasan al-Ma'ribee al-Misree!!!
And here is one of them who claims that the Prophet may the prayers of my Lord and His peace be upon him that the Prophet showed submission to the idols in the days of Jaahiliyyah!!! And when I refuted him and explained his great error, and his great crime in ascribing Shirk and venerating the idols to the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam), thinking that this is permitted to occurr from the Prophets before their Propethood! - and (I explained) that the aforementioned hadeeth concerning his submission to the idols, then Imaam Ahmad said: These ahaadeeth are fabricated. O Allaah save us! O Allaah save us! And I called him to return to the Scholars about this, but he only refused and persisted upon his viewpoint!
Verily, I from this platform, emphasise (stress) the tabdee' of Abul-Hasan and his misguidances, and I invite all of the Scholars and the students of knowledge that they should make tabdee' of him (declare him an Innovator) and make tadleel of him (declare him a misguided strayer), in that which he has tended to of falsehoods and innovations. For the proofs have been established upon him and the clear way is apparent to him, however he persisted and showed stubborn resistance. Hence, it is vital to warn from him, his books, his cassettes, his lessons, so that the people are not misguided by him!
Just like I also invite this other person, the one who fell into ascribing Shirk to the Prophet (alaihis salaatu was salaam) in the days of Jaahiliyyah, based upon a false hadeeth as Imaam Ahmad said, that he repent and recant from that, which occurs in his book titled "As-Seerah adh-Dhahabiyyah"!
I ask Allaah by His Beautiful Names and His Lofty Attributes that He grants us and you firmness in both this life and the hereafter, verily He is the Waliyy, the Praiseworthy.

Introduction of Shaikh Abdul-Muhsin al-Abbaad for the book of Shaikh Alee Ridhaa refuting Hasan al-Maalikee
All praise is due to Allaah, and prayers upon the one after whom there is no prophet, and upon his family and companions, to proceed:
Our brother, the noble Shaikh, Alee Ridhaa bin Abdullaah bin Ridhaa has read samples to me from what he has written of the stumblings and confusion of Hasan al-Maalikee and his wife in what they have written concerning the pledge of allegiance of Alee radiallaahu anhu.
And he has unveiled their ignorance and their evil understandings, because they both entered into something to which they are foreigners, so may Allaah reward him with good and give him ample reward...
...And Shaikh Alee is one [known] with due diligence to and concern for the Sunnah and returning to the speech of the people of knowledge, and benefiting from them, especially, Shaikh al-Albaanee (rahmatullaah alaihi). And he also has great efforts in the newspapers in refuting some of the people of innovation and the erroneous views, and he has also made numerous excursions in refuting al-Maalikee in the papers numerous years previously.
And al-Maalikee mentioned in one of his evil books that he was put to trial by a people, the most envious (jealous) of them being Alee Ridhaa, and I do not know for what thing this al-Maalikee should be envied for? Should he be envied for ignorance of the Sunnah and attacking the Sahaabah and those who travel upon their methodology from Ahl us-Sunnah or what?
And may Allaah send prayer, and peace and blessings upon His servant, and His messenger, our Prophet, Muhammad, his family and his companions.

For those who have the Arabic text support, this is the Arabic text of our brother Alee Ridaa's statements:
الحمد لله رب العلمين والصلاة والسلام على نبيه الأمين محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين ، ثم أما بعد :
فقد كنت كتبت نصيحة لأبي الحسن أدعوه فيها إلى التوبة من ضلالاته العقدية والمنهجية ، وأعرض عليه أن يسأل العلماء الربانيين فيما أشكل عليه ؛ لكني ? والله ? ما كنت أظن أن يظل هذا الرجل في غيه ، وافترائه ، وكذبه بعدما أقيمت عليه الحجج والبراهين الدامغة الدالة على ضلالاله وكونه مبتدعاً !
ثم أمعنت النظر في كلامه حول الغثائية وأنها مما يحسن استخدام غيرها في حق الصحابة والأنبياء ، وأنها لا تعتبر سباًً ولا طعناً في الصحابة والأنبياء ؛ عرفت أن الرجل قد هوى إلى النهاية من الخداع والتمويه ، فقمت بكتابة هذا البيان إحقاقاً للحق وإبطالاً للباطل .
ومن هذا المنطلق ؛ فإني أدعو جميع العلماء أن يجهروا ويصدعوا بالحق لا تأخذهم في الله لومة لائم !
فقد سئمنا ? والله!- من كثرة ما يأتينا من هؤلاء القوم ، وكأن الفتنة من طبيعتهم !
هذا سيد قطب الضال المضل ! ومن بعده أذياله من التكفيرين مروراً بجماعة التكفير والهجرة وحتى الوصول إلى سفر وسلمان وعبد الرحمن عبد الخالق والحداد وغيرهم من أئمة الضلال وانتهاءً بأبي الحسن المأربي المصري !!
هذا أحدهم يزعم أن النبي صلوات ربي وسلامه عليه قد استلم الأصنام في الجاهلية !!!
وعندما رددت عليه وبينت خطأه العظيم وجرمه الكبير في نسبة النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم إلى الشرك وتقديس الأصنام ? زعماًً منه بأن ذلك جائز من الأنبياء قبل النبوة ! ? وأن الحديث المذكور في استلامه الأصنام قال عنه الإمام أحمد : هذه أحاديث موضوعة اللهم سلم ! اللهم سلم ! ودعوته لمراجعة العلماء في ذلك ؛ أبى وأصر على موقفه !
إني من هذا المنبر أؤكد على تبديع أبي الحسن وضلالاله ،وأدعو كافة العلماء وطلاب العلم إلى أن يبدعوه ويضللوه فيما ذهب إليه من الأباطيل والبدع ؛ فقد قامت عليه الحجة وظهرت لديه المحجة ؛ لكنه أصر وعاند ، فلا بد من التحذير منه ومن كتبه وأشرطته ومحاضراته حتى لا يضل بها الناس !
كما أدعو الآخر الذي وقع في نسبة النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام إلى الشرك في الجاهلية ، بناءً على حديث مكذوب كما قال الإمام أحمد
، أن يتوب ويرجع عن ذلك في كتابه الموسوم بالسيرة الذهبية !
وأسأل الله بأسمائه الحسنى وصفاته العلى أن يثبتنا وإياكم بالقول الثابت في الحياة الدنيا وفي الآخرة ، إنه ولي حميد .

Is there anyone out there that can give a brief biography of Shaikh Alee Ridaa, who were his teachers, where he is located presently, if he is teaching classes, does he have any tapes available, how to contact him etc.,etc.etc.
