We see over and over the harm of those who come in the garbs of salafiyyah with their deceitful manners and with the whisperings of the devils who repeatedly flout and ignore the advice of the mashaykh of this Ummah with regards to opposing the Sharee?ah rulings of hiding behind nicknames or kunyahs on websites is yet another trait and attribute of their deceitful methods.

So, know O Muslim, it is not from the way of the people of the People of Hadeeth to take from the one is unknown and unidentifiable.

And this is even moreso if these unknowns attack the honour of the People of Sunnah and Salafiyyah and accuse them of unmentionable evils. If it is the case, O Muslim, that the muhaddithoon (the Scholars of hadeeth) of the past and present used to go to detailed lengths in ascertaining whether a known narrator was trustworthy or untrustworthy, then what is the case of one who is unknown and has no identity [due to his hiding himself behind nicknames] so one is totally unable, therefore, to put any trust whatsoever in such a person.

If every Salafi acqainted himself with these basic principles, he would be able to protect himself on the internet - he would only go to those websites known for 'ilm and Sunnah and Salafiyyah, those recommended by the 'ulamah - he would leave alone those sites filled with hatred and enmity for the Salafis, those who call to hizbiyyah in the name of Sunnah! The Salafi who has understanding should not listen to or read from those hidden authors.

Then once again what follows is the advice of Shaykh ?Ubayd ibn ?Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree.

An Invitation and a Recommendation
From Shaykh ?Ubayd ibn ?Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree

quote:
All praise is due to Allaah, the Lord of all that exists.  There is no animosity except for the oppressors.  I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, who is alone without partners, and He is Al-Haqq Al-Mubeen.  And I further bear witness that Muhammad is His Servant and Messenger.  May Allaah make high mention of him and his family and companions, and grant them security.

To proceed:

quote:
Verily I have reflected over what has taken place in the latest fitnah and the results and outcomes that have appeared amongst our youth and amongst our brothers who are holding to the manhaj of As-Salaf As-Saalih.  I believe that the great amount of al-qeel wal-qaal (gossip) coming from those who do not have much knowledge or awareness of Allaah?s Deen, His Legislation, or what the Salaf were upon is a reason for the kindling of this fitnah and for the spreading of its flames, especially since the majority of these problems can be traced back to the Internet and what is said and written on it, from those whose description I have referred to.

And from the most important causes (of fitnah) is the act of hiding behind (false) names, titles, or kunyahs that hide the identity of a person.

quote:
So in an effort to resolve this problem that grows, gains momentum, and spreads day by day, verily I call on my truthful brothers to apply the hadeeth of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ?alayhe wa sallam): ?Whoever believes in Allaah and the Last Day, then let him speak good or keep silent.?  And as Ibn Seereen (may Allaah have Mercy on him) said, ?Verily knowledge is Deen, so look to whom you take your Deen from.?  And this is done by making known one?s real name, for whoever wants to take part in and write in these forums, especially the Sahab Salafee forum, let him take part with us in cutting short the growth of these problems and this gossip.

quote:
After looking into the benefits of posting with one?s real name, the following things come to mind at first glance:

1. One will take his time, contemplate, and think deeply before posting.

2. We will know the level of the writer?s knowledge and manhaj.

3. There will be no hastiness or unnecessary rush in spreading things before confirming them and referring them to the people of knowledge.

4. Writing under one?s real name will bring about a sense of responsibility and accountability for what is being written.

5. It will reduce excessive writing and spreading (of things devoid of benefit)

6. It will restrict the writing and the offering of advice to the people of knowledge and their students, and not just every Tom, Dick, and Harry will post.

7. It will put forth the people of knowledge and make clear their true position and their true right and authority with regards to guidance, education, and criticism.

8. It will allow the Salafee manhaj to be seen in its beautiful form and complete shape, by way of knowing the narrators and their situations and personalities.

9. We will be able to apply the Sharee?ah ruling on the opposing ones, those who stubbornly resist (the correct path), and the liars.  We will be able to confirm and verify reports if we know the individuals, but this ability will vanish or dwindle so long as we do not know them, or they are anonymous.

10. There will be an increase in beneficial posts with knowledge, clarifying the manhaj, and weak posts or those devoid of benefit will decrease.

11. We will nobly remove ourselves from the ways of the biased partisans and people of secret movements and organizations, and we will oppose their stealth and hiding behind nicknames or kunyahs when their attributes and poisons become known.

12. We will spread clarity and mutual truthfulness, two attributes that are from the foremost attributes of the Salafee manhaj.

quote:
There are other benefits and good results and outcomes that we hope to gain by the open display of people?s real names.  So I hope that we will be the first ones to implement this good way on the Internet, so that we will gain reward for it, and for all those who follow us it.

So I repeat once more, I call upon our concerned Salafee youth, those dedicated to spreading good and repelling evil and reducing it and shutting its doors and avenues, I call on them to respond positively to this request and this suggestion.  And I call on them to look into this suggestion with their intellects based upon the pure legislation that seeks to benefit from all forms of goodness and seeks to repel all evil. They will find that it will make them and their da?wah distinct, expose its truthfulness and inner purity, and the security of the manhaj of their da?wah and its good intention as well.

quote:
And I hope that the brothers responsible for sahab.net will join with us in conveying this invitation and this suggestion, keeping this post at the top of the page long enough for all or most of the youth to read it.  And I hope that they will open the way for people to register with their real names and to change their kunyahs and nicknames.

quote:
And may Allaah?s Salaah and a great amount of Salaam be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions until the Day of Judgement, and all praise is due to Allaah, Lord of all that exists.

Al-Muhaddith, the carrier of the banner of Jarh wa Ta'deel in our time, Ash-Shaykh Rabee, advised the Salafis in everyplace about a number of affairs that are extremely important to the Da'wah Salafiyyah, and those who ascribe to this most blessed manhaj. From the affairs that the Sheikh spoke about is the affair of evil of people posting on the internet, hiding under unknown screen names. He stated:

quote:
??by Allah no one hides his [real] name except a person of evil. Astaghfirullah! Astaghfirullah! Why are you hiding your [real] name?! If you have the truth with you then announce your name, if you have falsehood with you then fear Allah! Don?t speak! There is no reason to hide your [real] name, no reason whatsoever, this is something unknown with the Salaf..."

Al-Muhaddith Muhammad Naasirud-Deen Al-Albaanee dicussed this issue of the of those who hide behind pseudonyms, and unknown kunyahs in at least two of his writings.

In the introduction to his book An-Naseehah (pg. 5) he refutes one called Hassaan Abdul-Mannaan, he states:
quote:
And it has become certain to me that he began to circulate his books, in the end, after his reality was uncovered, and his affair exposed, under the pen name Abu Suhaib Al-Karamee!! Going to extremes in trickery, and Talbees (deceit)! and drowning in misguidance and Tadlees (deception)!! Rather after that he circulated books with his introductions and checkings without any name or Kunyah!!

So in this quote of Al-Muhaddith Al-Albaanee he describes this act as trickery, deceit, misguidance, and deception. May Allah grant us safety from such attributes.

He also states in the introduction to Adaabuz-Zafaaf (pg. 8):
quote:
And in this introduction I do not want to turn once again to the refutation of his treatise, and the clarification of all that is in it from his errors, mistakes, and false allegations, and in the end his his seeking assistance from one of the enemies of the people of the sunnah and hadeeth, and the callers to Tawheed who are well known by this, he is none other than Habeebur-Rahman Al-Athamee, the one who hid behind the pseudonym (Arshad As-Salafee) because of his cowardice, and his lack of scholarly and literary courage, he hid behind it in his book: Al-Albaanee, his anamolies, and errors.

So the Muhaddith of this era described it as an act of cowardice, and if the people of cyber tadlees truly believed that that which they were upon was the truth, then they would never hide behind these screen names and as the scholars of hadeeth mentioned about this: ?Rather  his avoiding identifying him is something that places suspicion in the heart.?

BEWARE, O SALAFIS, OF LISTENING TO & MAKING LIGHT THE AFFAIR OF SLANDER

Jaabir, radhiAllaahu 'anhu, said: We were with the Prophet, salallaahu alayhi wassallam, when there came a foul smell. The Messenger of Allaah, salallaahu alayhi wassallam, said:

"Do you know what that smell is? That is the stench of those who gossip and backbite the believers."
[Ahmad, Al-Adab al-Mufrad]

In another narration, the Messenger, salallaahu alayhi wassallam, said:

"When I was taken up into the Heavens, I passed by some people who had copper claws tearing at their faces and chests. I asked, 'Who are these, O Jibreel?' He said, 'They are those who ate the flesh of people, and violated their honour'."
[Musnad Ahmad]

DO NOT TAKE OR ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM UNKNOWN WRITERS

Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr says in An-Nukhbah (pg 135):

"The narration of the anonymous (mubham) is not accepted if he is not named; because the condition of the acceptance of a report is the trustworthiness of the narrator, and whoevers? name is left anonymous his identity is not known, so how could this be trustworthiness?!"

As-Suyutee mentioned in Tadreeb Ar-Raawee (1/365):

"If he says a trustworthy person narrated to me, or like this, it is not sufficient for Ta?deel (attestation of trustworthiness) until he identifies him, because even if he is trustworthy with him perhaps if he named him he would be from those that others had mentioned with dispraise, rather his avoiding identifying him is something that places suspicion in the heart."

The carrier of the flag of the science of al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel in these times, Rabee' Ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee stated, regarding posting on websites with hidden identities and nicknames, and launching slanderous attacks upon Muslims:

"By Allah no one hides his [real] name except a person of evil.

So do not go to these sites, O Muslims! Adhere to the advice of the 'ulamah - Indeed in these portions of advice there is safety in your Dunyah and your Hereafter!

KEEP AWAY FROM WEBSITES FILLED WITH ENMITY & SLANDER

The Shaikh, the 'Allaamah Saalih as-Suhaimee, hafidhahullaah, stated:

"Fear Allaah concerning the internet websites that are used for falsely accusing and ascertaining a false meaning to what others say.

Very little shame and much distortion in what your brothers say concerning those things that are not meant. By Allaah you will be questioned, by Allaah on a Day when neither wealth nor children will benefit you except the one who came to Allaah with a pure heart. By Allaah you will be questioned.

Someone wrote in that website, the one whose owners don't have fear of Allaah in reviling the students of knowledge with different types of insults and they even placed a student of knowledge and scholars to be a reference point for the website but I say this with much sorrow.

I heard this tape from the website of someone, may Allaah forgive him, he specified twenty minutes talking against me with very dangerous slanders and he attributed to me and others what is befitting for hypocrites and disbelievers. He said so and so he has such and such and he followed other than the path of the believers?he fell into hypocrisy and disbelief and he differed from the scholars and he went here and there, by Allaah, if you heard those characteristics then they are not attributed except to the disbelievers and hypocrites. I don't say this to defend myself, but he was not only specifying me with these slanders, only, but also other students of knowledge and scholars?

I say to him two things:  the first of them being that I will not use against him more than the arrows at night for I will not forget in the last third part of the night the supplication against him and those that aid him, Allaah willing.

Secondly, I say to him: say what you say because in front of Allaah the disputers will gather and those that oppressed others will know which place they will end up in.

I say this, my brothers, for the sake of Allaah such that a Muslim is aware that Allaah is watching him, thus being afraid of Allaah in that which he says and writes. That he is accountable concerning every statement he utters for indeed a man says something without realising where it will reach until he falls into the hellfire a distance of 70 years.

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam while holding his own tongue said to Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allaah be pleased with him), "withhold this!" So Mu'adh said, "will we be accountable concerning what we say?" The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "May you be put back in your mothers womb and born again, for the people will be thrown into the hellfire upon their faces or noses on account of what their tongues used to say."

The great calamity is that this enmity is happening between people who ascribe to this methodology and this one way, except that satan has caused enmity between them. It maybe satan found those who delve into murky waters just as Ibn Baz rahimahullaah said.

If a person makes a mistake, do you take him out of salafiyyah and from the methodology of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaa'ah based upon your own specific opinion. Who is the one to clarify these affairs, they are the scholars who cultivate people to the truth, those who speak truthfully and are just upon it not Bakr or Zayd like us young ones.

So FEAR ALLAAH wherever you are (Raising his voice). So FEAR ALLAAH wherever you are. So FEAR ALLAAH wherever you are.

Fear Allaah concerning your brothers from Ahlus-Sunnah, Be kind, loving and gentle with Ahlu Sunnah! Be kind, loving and gentle with Ahlu Sunnah! Be kind, loving and gentle with Ahlu Sunnah! Just as our sheikh AbdulMuhsin al 'Abbad said. I advise myself and you with the fear of Allaah in secret and in open.

Seek Refuge With Allaah From The Trial Of Those Whose Envy Has No Limits

The Messenger of Allah (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) said:

''Do not envy one another''

Imam Muhmmad Ibn Saalih Al Uthaimeen (rahimahullah) comments on this statement of the Messenger saying:

And what is Envy?

Some of the people of knowledge said: Envy is to wish that the blessings Allah has bestowed upon another person should cease to existý be it that the blessing is wealth, or high standing/honor, or knowledge or other than that. (see sharh al-arba-een nawawiyyati-of sheikh Uthaimeen, page.339)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Indeed, these ones have sold themselves to envy, slander, and evil speech.  So meet their evil affair with DIGNITY, FIRMNESS and most important of all PATIENCE.

The Fitnah Of Slander/Forged Statements/ Lies And Ibn Saba

During the khilafah of Uthaman, some of the desert Arabs exploited the falsehood of Ibn Saba and took to spreading lies against uthman.

In the book 'hiqbatu min-at-tareeq' the author stated:

The desert Arabs exploited and took to spreading lies claiming that Uthman did such and such.., and he (ibn saba) wrote a forged letter along with those who aided him(falsely claiming that some of the sahabah such as the likes of Zubair, Ali, Talhah, Aisha and others were with them).  And they sealed it with their signatures along with it rejection against Uthmaan and complaints (false complaints) against his manner of governance.

In the past, there did not exist the modern systems of communication found today, and those desert Arabs whom news (i.e. the lies of ibn saba and his followers) reached believed and accepted them.

Masrooq said that Aisha said:  ''you abandoned him (i.e. Uthman) just like a thawb unstained by dirt, and then you got him surrounded and slaughtered just as a ram is slaughtered.''    So masrooq said to Aisha, ''this is your doing.  You wrote to the people ordering them to rebel against him'' (i.e. against uthman).  Aisha replied saying, ''I swear by the one in Whom the believers believe and in Whom the disbelievers disbelieve, I did not write that for them with black on white (i.e. I did not do that with ink on  paper) up to this day of my meeting (i.e. my meeting with you)

Imam Al Amash said:  They saw that he (ibn saba) used to write (i.e. his falsehood) and attributed it to Aisha. This narration has been made saheeh by Imam ibn kathir in  Bidaaya Wan-Nihaayah  204/7)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
know O Muslim! ibn saba did this with utmost secrecy to afflict Islaam and the Muslims.  Then, it is not befitting the believer that he imitates this enemy of Islaam (i.e. ibn Saba) in spreading lies and slander against others be they kaafir or Muslim. How can a people claim to be trustworthy when they spread lies, slander, and lewdness against others whilst neither revealing their real identities nor their sources.  How free is Islaam and the Sunnah from this falsehood and misguidance.

We ask Allah for safety.

ööAs-Salaamu 'alaykum, akhee.

Actually the name of the author of ÍÞÈÉ ãä ÇáÊÇÑíÎ is 'Uthmaan al-Khamees, not al-Khumayyis, as can be seen from the download page of 'Uthmaan al-Khamees' personal website:
quote:

äÓÎÉ ßÇãáÉ ãä ßÊÇÈ

ÍÞÈÉ ãä ÇáÊÇÑíÎ

ááÔíÎ : ÚËãÇä ÇáÎãíÓ

'Uthmaan al-Khamees is from Kuwait and sits with and defends Jam'iyyah Ihyaa' at-Turaath al-Islaamee, and openly proclaims that one of his major teachers is his shaykh 'Abdur-Rahmaan 'Abdul-Khaaliq.
He defends 'Abdur-Rahmaan 'Abdul-Khaaliq and directs people towards his books, defends Sayyid Qutb and puts himself forward to seek out the Shee'ah for televised debates with their "scholars".  All of this besides his staunch defense of Ihyaa' at-Turaath and sitting with them after their reality has been made known to him.
The noble shaykh, Aboo 'Uthmaan Muhammad al-'Anjaree ÍÝÙå Çááå clarified these matters (and more) to him while we were present, but he still continues in his way, æ Çááå ÇáãÓÊÚÇä !!

This is just to clarify who this person is that you were quoting from.

Jazaa-kallaahu khayran akhi uthmaan.

You are right and i am mistaken.  The author i quoted from is uthmaan khamees, whom i mistook for Muhammad bin Abdur rahmaan al Khumayyis.  Likewise, jazaa-kallaahu khayran for making known the condition of uthmaan khamees as we make baraa from ihya turaath.

I will leave the qissa as it is saheeh, and perhaps the sensible ones may see the shar of the secret forgers, liars and slanderers whose meat is the flesh of the Salafis.

Sheikh Saaleh al Fawzaan (hafidha-hullaah)

QUESTION:

What is your statement to the one who speaks and backbites the Mashaayikh and the Du'aat and the Ulema, and claims that this is from the religion and from naseehah?

ANSWER:

Is backbiting and tale carrying from the religion?  This is a lie/fabrication.   Allah (subhaanah}said:

''Neither backbite one another.  Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother?  You would hate it'' 49:12

And He (subhaanah) said:

''And (O Muhammad) obey you not everyone Hallaaf Mahiin (the one who swears much and is a liar or is worthless).  A slanderer, going about with calumnies'' 68:10-11

It is not permissible for you to comply with the Backbiter and the Tale carrier.  This is an evil thing, (backbiting and tale carrying is an evil thing).  It is not permissible to comply or give him attention, rather it is obligatory to reject /rebuke him.

And backbiting the scholars is severer than backbiting other than them.  That is because the scholars are the Inheritors of the Prophets.  If he backbites them, then he has backbitten the inheritors of the prophets.  Backbiting the scholar is severer than backbiting someone who is not a scholar)

And if it is the case that backbiting the Muslim is completely forbidden even if he is an ordinary Muslim, then it is not Permissible and it is not Naseehah.  Can backbiting be called Naseehah,is it backbiting that you name NASEEHAH!!?

Naseehah is that you send advice to the Muslim Ruler or to the Scholar  (between you and him), either verbally or by writing, or by way of telephone conversation.  As for that which you utter behind the people and in the gatherings, then this is not Naseehah.  This is backbiting and shunning the scholars and those in charge of the affairs of the Muslims.  And it is spreading of evil and causing separation between the scholars and the Muslims.

The Imaam Al-Faqeeh Ibn Uthaymeen refers to the Callers of Misguidance as
Dajjaajilah {Sharhul Mumt'i 3:274}

quote:
But it is binding upon us that we know that the type of fitnah of this man (The actual Dajjaal) is present in other than him, as you find from the children of Adam at this present time one who misguides the people with his appearance, speech and everything he is able (to use) and you will find that this is from the wisdom of Allaah that he gave him eloquence and fluency:

"So those who might be destroyed are destroyed after clear evidence, and
those who live might live after clear evidence."(8:42)

And there is no doubt that the Fitnah of the actual Dajjaal is the greatest thing, but also there are Dajjaajilah who deceive the people and
distort matters over them. So it is obligatory to be cautious of them and to understand their aims and intentions.

That is why Allaah said about the Hypocrites:

"They are your enemy so be cautious of them." (63:4) Even though he said:
"And when they speak you listen to their words." (63:4) Meaning that due to their eloquence, fluency and power (of speech) they will pull you strongly to listen to what is being said. But (As Allaah said) "They are as blocks of wood propped up." (63:4) And even the wood is not erected by itself, "Propped up."

This means that it rests on a wall, so there is no benefit in it. So those who adorn themselves in front of the people with the manner that they speak whether it's concerning Aqeedah, Sulook or Manhaj it is obligatory to be aware of them and their sayings should be compared to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of his messenger, so that which opposes them is rejected no matter what it is. And one should not be deceived by the beauty of the speech as this is from flowery speech.

Broken arguments like a [dim] glass (lamp) that you think to be truth (i.e. the source of light, guidance). And every predator (bird, eagle) is
thwarted, foiled.

So do not say that these people have been given eloquence and fluency in order to aid the truth, for verily Allaah tests (mankind) so He might give some of them eloquence and fluency even if he is upon falsehood as Allaah will put mankind to trial with the Dajjaal who is without a shadow of a doubt upon baatil.

They Label The Salafis With Ghuluww, And Seek To Violate The Honor Of The Salafi Callers In The West In Order To Hinder Them From Transmitting The Refutations Of The Rabbaani Scholars Against Those Heads Of Organizations Who Display Open Allegience To Ahlul Bidah

Imam Al Albaanee (rahimahullah) stated:

It is not permissible for you to describe the salafis with harshness.  It is not permissible for you to apply this description (i.e. harshness) to an individual amongst the Muslims be he Salafi or khalafi- as a specific description of us-except in particular cases; as long as we agree that leniency is not that which is prescribed (always and forever).  Then we say that indeed the Messenger of Allah (sallal-laahu alayhi wasallam) applied harshness which if the Salafiyyah of today was to apply, the people would have met that with rejection (the sternest of rejection).

For example the story of Ibn Sanaabil, and the statement of the prophet (directed at him), that ''Abu Sanaabil has lied'' (Hadith collected by Bukhari and Muslim).

Is this harshness or leniency?  Harshness from who? Harshness from ''Aboo Layyin''.  Likewise, (there is) that which has been narrated in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad when a man said, ''What Allah wills and what you (i.e. the prophet) wills''

Then, there is a method of leniency and that of harshness.  Do you not see that the salafis in comparison with the rest of the groups and parties are (the ones) who give importance to understanding the sharee-ah rulings, and they call the people to it more than others (without doubt).  Then, as a result of this the others take a warning from this Enjoining of good andforbidding of evil, even if it is accompanied by leniency;

Rather, some of them (i.e. those who describe the salafis with harshness) have exceeded the limits and transgressed, and say, ''the study/discussion of Tawheed (causes) separation between sincere friends''.

So know O Sunni Salafi! (may Allah give us and you thabaat).  The truthful one neither hides behind the good opinions of the people nor statements of support whilst knowing that all of that is in contradiction to the reality.  Many of the HEADS of the ORGANIZATIONS OF FALSE ALLIANCES are well aware of their errors, and have either been advised or refuted by the Rabbaani Scholars.   However, they have persisted upon error and enmity towards the salafis instead of returning to correctness.  This is the condition of the heads at Jamiat ahle hadth Uk, Ihyaa Turaath and abul fitan al misri al mubtadi and usaama qoosee al mubtadi.

However, some of the miserable ones label with ghuluww anyone who openly opposes the corrupt alliances of the heads of these organizations, and that such a one is from the MADAAKHILA (i.e. the blind followers of Sheikh Rabee as the liars would like to label the salafis).

So they wish to abuse the salafis with such labels in order that all submit to their views, employ softness and work alongside allies of innovators (such as the heads at jamiat ahle Hadith), even after such heads have been refuted by the ulema with daleel, and even after such heads persist upon open co-operation with ahlul bidah.    Indeed, these are some of THE DECEITFUL ONES HIDING BEHIND RIFQAN BI AHLIS SUNNAH in order that they may persist upon their errors and accommodate innovators.

And amongst them are pranksters (as sheikh ubaid called them due that which exits from their mouths of lewd evil speech); pranksters whose frustration and injustice, and eagerness to defend innovators and their allies has led them to become AGENTS OF THE DEVIL in spreading lewd speech, slander and tale carrying against the Salafi Callers.  Then, where is the rifq and noble manners of these unknown narrators who find pleasure in lewd speech, false accusation and slander against Muslims?

But (By The Tawfeeq of Allah) these Salafi Callers in the West have shown firmness and endurance in transmitting the correct positions of the ulema against these heads and organizations of corrupt alliances.  So O Sunni Salafi! Do not underestimate this noble stance and the patience that is accompanied with it. Baarakallaahu feekum first and foremost to the Scholars, then to the the Salafi callers, and then to all the maraakiz, and to all the salafis.

Sheikh Zaid Al-Madkhali said:

It is not permissible for the one who knows something about the innovation of the partisan group (Ikhwaan muslimeen) or other than them amongst the people of innovation and error ýthat he remains silent about its clarification, whilst he has the ability to clarify (by refuting the innovation and rectifying error); because refuting the people of innovation and errors is obligatory upon those who have the ability to do so from amongst the People of Knowledge.   And when (refutation) is established by some of them, the obligation is lifted from the rest.

And as for fearing splitting as a result of refutation against the sects, then there is no shareeýah excuse for refraining (i.e. refraining from carrying out such refutation); because having love for ijtimaaý (unity upon the sound creed and methodology of the salaf) is what is correct and more deserving to be desired and followed.  The mubtadiý (the innovator) is the reason for the splitting in the ummah; because splitting is connected to innovation and unity is connected to the Sunnah.

And nor does the obligation of refutation against the Mukhaalif (the opposer of the truth) lifted from the scholar due to anticipation of harm, unless it is harm that he is not able to bear/repel.  Then (in this case), Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear.  The earth is not devoid of people of knowledge who will carry out refutation against the innovator and the opposer.

So know O Sunni Salafi!  The innovators and their allies amongst the people of tamyi and muwaazanaat are united upon opposing the salafis.  Thus, we find the heads at Jamiat Ahle hadith Uk and Ihya turath constantly within the company of innovators.  They (the heads at jamiat ahle hadith and ihya turath) are the ones who co-operate with those who have split away from the singular creed and methodology of the salaf (such as the likes of ikhwaan mufliseen, the brelviyyah, the qutubiyyah etc).

On the other hand, the Salafi ulama and those who transmit from them are the ones who clarify the haqq and the principles of false unity promoted by the heads at jamiat ahle hadith and Ihya Turath.

We ask Allah by His Greatest Name to reward the Salafi Ulema and the Salafi Callers who have stood firm in opposing the sects of innovations and their allies amongst the people of tamyi and muwaazanaat.

Reminder To The Unknown Narrators! Read What Imaam Sadi {rahimahullaah} Said And You Will Understand (Inshaa-Allaah}What Led Your Figure Heads At Jamiat Ahle Hadith To Weakness

Imaam Sadi {rahimahullaah}stated concerning the one whose company is tobe sought

It is inevitable that a person will have companions and associates with whom he sits with and spends much time.  So, seize the opportunity in accompanying the best of people, in whose company there is not an absence of knowledge that is learnt from, or advice that is benefited from, or preoccupation with that which draws one closer to Allaah (subhaanah).

And the least in that {i.e. the company of the good people}is: safety from the {bad}consequences of what follows on from speech and actions, and safety from their cynicism, sarcasm, backbiting, slander, finding fault with you, whether be it in your presence or absence.  And in addition to this is the increased desire in your heart towards good.

THE CALLER to evil either makes you weak or corrupt.  A person is upon the religion of his friend, so look to the one you befriend. Indeed the people are judged by their associates.  Therefore, it is incumbent upon the person to take pride in accompanying the best (people), and to beware of accompanying the evil (people) because they are the opposite of what we have mentioned.

The sitting with a righteous person is like that of a seller of musk, he either gives you some or at least you enjoy a pleasant smell from him.  As for the sitting with an evil person, it is like that of a blacksmith, he either burns you or you receive an offensive smell from him.

And Allaah knows best.

[An Admonition To The Compulsive Liars And Tale Carriers Residing In The Websites Of Gheebah And Nameemah

In the hadith reported by Imaam Bukhaari (rahimahullaah):

The Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) was shown some of that which the people are afflicted with of punishment.  He was shown a man lying flat on his back and another man standing over his head with an iron hook. The man standing would put the hook in one side of the man's mouth and tear off that side of his face to the back (of the neck) and similarly tear his nose from front to back and his eye from front to back. Then he would turn to the other side of the man's face and do the same. Hardly would he complete that side before the first side was restored to its normal state, then he would go back and did it over again.  The angels who were with the Prophet informed him that the man he saw, the sides of whose mouth, nostrils and eyes were being torn off from front to back; was one who would leave his house in the morning and tells lies that spreads all over the world.

We ask Allaah for safety; for indeed these compulsive liars (in the websites of nameemah and gheebah) easily resort to lies regardless of the situation.  Not only do they bend the truth about the Du'aat and Maraakiz of Salafiyyah, they also take comfort in that.

Telling the truth has become difficult and painful and hiding behind hidden names makes them feel safe and fuels the desire to lie even more.  Indeed, no sensible person can believe that the actions of these sick individuals are motivated by a genuine love for the truth; rather there is maliciousness behind their desire to spread falsehood and slander those against their corrupt walaa wal baraa.

They desire to prevent the Salafis and the Maraakiz from exposing their deadly and corrupt walaa wal baraa which they utilize in their defense of those organizations and personalities known for illegal partisanship. We ask Allaah to guide them before their meeting with Him(subhaanah)

How Do The Unknown Narrators Justify Their Actions In The Presence Of Allaah? Do They Not Ponder Upon The Fact That Allaah Does Not Accept, Except That Which Is Pure Of Statements, Actions And Intentions

The Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

'Indeed Allaah is Pure and He does not accept, except that which is pure'  Sheikh Saaleh Al Fawzaan commented on this hadith saying:

In this hadith he (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) described Allaah (Jalla-Wa-alaa) that He (subhaanah) is Pure.  He (subhaanah) is Pure, meaning; he is free from all imperfections and deficiencies.  He is Pure in His Essence, in His Names and Attributes, and in His Commandments and Prohibitions.  He (subhaanah) is Pure in every aspect and imperfection cannot reach Him; and for that reason He does not accept actions, statements and intentions except that which is pure.  He does not accept filthy statements, actions and intentions. He does not accept except the pure, as He (Ta-aalaa) said:

'To Him ascend (all) the goodly words'[Surah Faatir Ayah:10]

He (subhaanah) does not accept, except good speech and good actions...up until the Sheikh said:

As for filthy speech, then indeed Allaah rejects and hates it; such as lies, backbiting, tale carrying, abuse, false speech and false testimony and all filthy statements; (such as) shirk and kufr.  All of this is filthy speech and does not ascend to Allaah, and is not accepted.[end of quote][1]

We ask Allaah (subhaanah) to protect us from the deciet and plots of shaytaan.  Allaah said:

''And We have fastened every man's deeds to his neck, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall bring out for him a book which he will find wide open.'' [Surah Israa Ayah:13]

Another Evidence Against The Falsehood And Deceit Of The Unknown Narrators In The Websites Of Gheebah And Nameemah

Allaah (subhaanah) said:

'O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.'[49:6]

Allaah forbade that the path of the corrupters is followed; and with regards to this point here, a group amongst the Scholars prohibit accepting the narration of the one whose state of affairs is unknown....[1]

Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh

I received the following information contained below by way of email that I feel is beneficial to this thread...  We hope it is of benefit to all...

We Do Not Slander Those Who Slander The Ulama And The Du'aat Of Salafiyyah In The Websites Of Unknown Narrators; Rather We Admonish Them And Call Them To That Which The Messenger Commanded Of Good Speech

"Whoever believes in Allaah and the last day, then let him utter good or keep silent."

He (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said, "then let him utter good" and Allaah (Jalla-Wa-alaa) has stated:

"And speak (always) the truth." [Surah Ahzaab Verse:70]

Good speech, such as the utterance of Subhaanallaah, Laa-ilaaha-ilal-laah, Allaahu-Akbar, recitation of the Qurýaan, remembrance of Allaah, enjoining good and forbidding evil, seeking beneficial knowledge and bringing about reconciliation between the people.  And every speech that is pleasing to Allaah is good;

Allaah (Ta-aalaa) said:

"There is no good in most of their secret talks save (in) him who orders Sadaqah (charity in Allaahýs Cause), or Ma'roof (Islamic Monotheism and all the good and righteous deeds which Allaah has ordained), or conciliation between mankind, and he who does this, seeking the good Pleasure of Allaah, We shall give him a great reward."[4:114]

Speech is not very burdensome; it is not like prayer, fasting and Jihaad; so you are able to utter good whilst sitting or lying down, or whilst riding or walking.  The body gets tired through performance of acts of obedience, but the tongue does not get tired of speaking, so pre-occupy it with what benefits you.

And He (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: "Or keep silent."

If you are not going to utter good, then keep silent in order that you may be safe.  You will be safe if you keep silent; and if you speak and it is (something) good, you will be profited; and if (the speech) is evil, you will be ruined.

And most of that which is (uttered) by people, especially in a state of heedlessness and weak imaan is either evil speech or excess speech in which there is no benefit; and that why the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said:

"Indeed, Allaah hates three things for you; "Qeel Wal Qaal, wasting wealth and asking too many questions."
