As Salaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu!

Can someone tell me:

1.  What constitutes a Shura Board of a Masjid or a Community?

2.  Who selects this board and how should it be formed?

3.  What are the various positions, if any, of this board?

4.  What weight does any one member of a Shura have over another?

5.  What roll does the Imam of the Masjid play on the Shura?

6.  Should the entire community have a part in the selection of the Shura?
