As-Salaam-U-Alaikum Wa Rehmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu,
I've recently moved to Al-Khobar in Saudi Arabia, and need to find some Local Students of Knowledge or Scholars.
I've been told that Shaikh Fawzi Al-Athari is based in Bahrain, but I don't have any contact details (address/tel/email).
Does anyone know when/where the Shaikh gives his classes?
Does anyone have any such details of this or any other Shaikh in this area?
Does anyone know of any classes (preferebly in English) that take place around here?

Jazakallah khair,
Wa-Salaam-U-Alaikum Wa Rehmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu,
Yousef Syed

Have you tried contacting Maktabah Furqaan in Emirates? They publish his books. I can post the email later if I find it. Otherwise, you can ask some of the bros in UK who were with Shaykh Fawzi during his recent visit. Also I know that he has his lessons regularly on paltalk, but I think the room is in the Arabic/Middle East section, not the Islam section.

As-Salaam-U-Alaikum,
Jazakallah khair for the information.
Unfourtunately, I cannot access Paltalk over here due to the Firewall, and I don't have the contact details for any of the Bros in London/Birmingham.
I emailed Salafi Publications a few weeks ago about this same matter, however, as yet, no one has got back to me.
I have a map of Bahrain so I should be able to find my way around. I don't need to know where his house is, just when and where he gives his Circles.
Jazakallah khair,
wa-salaam,

Wa 'alaykumus Salaam,

I was based in Akrabiyyah in the Dhahran area. The whole area of ad-Dammaam is filled with Ikwaanee/Qutbee types. Before going to the eastern province, I enquried with Shaykh Rabee' regarding the Salafiyyeen in the area. He said there were only a few and he didn't know if they were still there. Lately, I asked Shaykh Fawzee al-Atharee about the area. He said that there are only a few Salafees there, there are no Salafee mashaykh.

If you have went there on a work contract, when it is finished, try to relocate to Riyaadh or Jeddah. There are Salafee mashaykh there and many noble Salafees.

As Salaam Alaykum,

Also, in order to travel to Bahrain as a person on a work visa in the KSA. You will need to get permission from your sponsor. You will need travel documents to enter Bahrain, a exit/re-entry visa.

Speak to your sponser, develop a good relationship with him. Where are you working?

I know that both Taalib Abu Safiyyah (went to Medinah) and Abdul Ilah (went to Jeddah I think), left Al Khobar for that very reason.
Alhumdullilah, I'm just happy to be out of Dar-ul-Kufr. If the opportunity arises to move to Jeddah, Riyaadh or Medinah, I would jump to it, however, I'm working for Aramco and am based in Dhahran.
Going to Bahrain to see Shaikh Fawzi al Atheri seems my best bet for Salafi Dawah. Alhumdullilah, I already have a Multiple entry exit Visa. All I need now, is a way to locate the Shaikh!
Any info to help me find his Circle, would be much appreciated. Name/location of the masjid, timings of the classes etc..

Jazakallah khair,
wa-salaam
