Bismillaah,
Alhamdulillaah wassalaatu wassalaam 'ala Rasulillaah wa ba'd.

Presently, there is an expansion of the Mas'aa being undertaken in Masjidul Haraam & the old Mas'aa had been closed for performing Sa'ee.

The Mashaaikh are asking people to restrain themselves & not perform 'Umrah in the current situation.

Shaykh Omar Al Harkaan hafidhahullaah personally told me so when i intended to perform 'Umrah last month.
