Mashallah by the permission of Allaah, Halaal Investments Ltd is growing rapidly and as a result we are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager.

Halaal Investments Ltd is a relatively new company, rapidly growing within a niche market. We provide Muslims with the opportunity to invest in primarily real estate sector across the globe and maximise their investment to help them achieve greater profits, whilst remaining 100% Shariýah compliant, and all this is conducted under the supervision of our noble Shaykh ýUbayd Ibn Abdillaah al-Jaabiree.
We are looking for a UK Sales & Operations Manager (SOM), who will help in maximising the sales of the company's products and services in many different settings. The role will help to ensure the commercial success of the company both in the UK (in the interim) and overseas markets (in near future) inshallah.
Typical work activities will depend on the market/setting. In addition, specific responsibilities will vary according to level of seniority.
Typical activities may include but are not restricted to the following:
- increasing and developing sales, by following leads and making their own leads.
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
- acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- provide ongoing service to customers post-sale;
- gathering market and customer information;
- representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with management;
- advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- liaising with developers and agents to check on the progress of existing and forthcoming developments;
- managing regional sales agents;
- ensuring the property availability is kept up to date;
- recording sales and order information on the company database;
- reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- gaining a clear understanding of customerýs requirements;
- involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
International travel will be expected.
Basic Salary 50K OTE + bonuses.
