I have noticed recently one particular charity which is popular amongst the Muslims in the UK and US: Islamic Relief. I know that they are popular, and they seem to have many programs that one can donate to; however, I would like to know if it is encouraged to donate to this charity when they hold concerts for raising money? Is it possible that ones own money is used to promote these concerts? This charity, in my opinion, seems to be immitating the 'Make Poverty History' organization.
