His statement: "...the Ulamaa have made statements, and I have the position I stand on!"
This is the statement of a man who claims to follow the Ulamaa but with the above statement he openly declares his opposition to them.
In addition to that, this statement is one of extreme arrogance!
His statement that "they're men, just like we're men!"
Is this the way we view our scholars, the heirs of the Prophet?
No true sunnee would ever say this!
His statement concerning Shaikh Rabee:
"He's dead wrong, and I told him to his face he's dead wrong!"
This statement must be looked at from two angles:
1-This is extremely disrespectful to say to an elder not to mention a scholar. 2-He lied! As witnesses to this incident that year in Makkah testify to that he never even said those words!"?
This is similar to his other claimed statement: "I told the shaikh: I am not afraid of you!"
About five years ago in their hotel room in Makkah Aboo Muslimah was heard by one brother who now lives in Dammaaj commenting on the fatwaa of the Muftee of our time, Al-Imaam Abdul Azeez bin Baaz concerning the permissibility of women wearing gold in the form of a
circle or otherwise:
"My wife (Umm Muslimah) could have done a better job (in trying to refute al-Imaam al-Albaanee who held the position that the women could not wear any gold in the form of a circle) than that!"
After brother Aboo Abdir Razzaaq, a student at the Islaamic University of al-Madeenah, asked Aboo Muslimah how was the talk of Shaikh Ubayd Al-Jaabiree for the American pilgrims during the year of 1999 he retorted:
"I think anybody in the room could have given that talk."
Then he went on to say that he debated the shaikh about the issue of qiyaas when he was
a student (at the University) and that the shaikh didn't have any response for him.
According to Shaikh Jarboo, Aboo Muslimah was well known for this postion while a student in Al-Madeenah!
His statement that Muhammad Abdul Maqsood, the Takfeeree was on the same level or higher than Shaikh al-Albaanee, the Sunnee!
His claim that the Ulamaa don?t have evidence. He has said this with Shaikh Faalih Al-Harbee that he didn?t have any evidence for what he stated concerning him.
He has used this statement on many occasions in the past with regards to that now famous meeting which was initiated by Abdur Rahmaan (Hernando) Lammers with Shaikh Rabee.
For example, he said on the tape recorded at the Germantown masjid:
"He (Shaikh Rabee) has no evidence for his statements."
Coupled with that, is his claim that he doesn?t have to prove himself and that the proof is on Shaikh Rabee!
His saying: "...this issue of what the scholars are saying, they?re only saying it based on
what the people have said to them!"
Please don?t forget what Abdullaah as-Sabt said about Shaikh Rabee at Masjidu Ahlis Sunnah that Shaikh commented about Aboo Muslimah without knowledge!
This is a blatant lie from Aboo Muslimah! For he knows that the statements of Shaikh Rabee concerning the now uncovered hizbee, liar Aboo Muslimah were based on the
tape and his personal meeting with him not soley based on narration!
This is to his own admission as he says: "...and what I had heard in that meeting (with Shaikh Rabee during Hajj that year)is a statement that I had made (on the tape entitled "The Aqeedah of Abool Hasan Al-Ash'aree" that the Ulamaa unrestrictedly were not Salafees)..."
So this is a clear admission that he did in fact hear (the tape) and that he remembers that Shaikh Rabee heard the tape in that sitting negating the issue of the Shaikh making a statement based upon speculation or lack of knowledge!
Wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illa billaah!
We seek refuge with Allaah from Aboo Muslimah, his lies, contradictions and his selective amnesia!
What all of this does is, causes the people to lose trust in the People of Knowledge, and he has mentioned this on many occasions and those statements are recorded.
In a masjid in Philadelphia, PA he the now uncovered hizbee said and this is recorded for anyone who desires to hear it:
"...And we have been commanded to deal with those people and the people that want to call that fighting a muslim -Wallaahe? it's stopping foolishness and it?s defense of the haqq (truth)...there is something else called fitnah and division and stopping hard work and undermining the efforts of the muslims.
The people who do this we?re going to look at it like that and we?ll treat them and deal with them like that ?inshaa Allaahu Tabaarak Wa'Ta'aalaa? so if the people have something to say then they should make sure that what they ?inshaa Allaah- falls in the right way, because if it falls the wrong way I fear? Wallaahe? that people are going to be dealt with in the wrong way for what they do!
Differing is one thing and causing fitnah and problems and trying to stop the good that's going on is another thing and we are not to stupid to know the difference
between the two. I hope that the people who spread tales - and what have you ? that they know the difference between the two so that they don?t get caught on the wrong side I am sorry as one of the shaikhs said after he had a couple of lumps placed on his head!
You don't have to be sorry after you had a couple of lumps placed on your head to be sorry that you caused all that fitnah, you should watch yourself from the beginning!"...
He also was heard saying about the Shaikh when it was requested from him to repent to Allaah and go to the shaikh and straighten out his affairs: "How can I go to a man who is blind in one eye and was cast out of Al-Madeenah?"
On another occasion he said: "blind in one eye and has diabetes!"
Connected to this, is his statement regarding the unfortunate incident of those who pounced upon our noble father and shaikh, Shaikh Ubaylaan (and on another occasion Muhammad Amaan Al-Jaamee) ?may Allaah have mercy on him- in those days in al-Madeenah where those misguided students physically attacked our shaikh, Shaikh Ubaylaan resulting him to be hospitalized for his staunch and unwavering defense of
this illustrious manhaj but after his release forgave those who pounced without mercy!
In fact, when delivering a lecture just a little over a year ago Aboo Muslimah said that if the Shaikh [implying Rabee] told him to follow him instead of the Qur'aan and the Sunnah he would tell the
Shaikh to his face:
"Shaikh, You are a dajjaal!"
And yet another occasion of extreme disrespect towards the Ulamaa is his statement after departing from Shaikh Rabee after that Hajj and returning to America being the target of the Shaikh's clear spade calling, Aboo Muslimah said:
"We should have put some hickeys and lumps on his (Rabee's) head, broke him up and put him in the hospital. They (the Saudi authorities) would have only detained us for a few days then let us go because we are Americans!"
There are at least eleven different people who heard him say this and are willing to bear witness that he said it, wa laa hawla wa laa quwwata illaa billaah!
Next, inshaa Allaah: His defamation, belittlement and unjustified disparagement of the students of knowledge and callers of the Da?watus Salafiyyah or anyone else in general of whom he does not hold esteem for.

Words of Abu Muslimah al-Kadhaab, "We should have put some hickeys and lumps on his (Rabee's) head, broke him up and put him in the hospital. They (the Saudi authorities) would have only detained us for a few days then let us go because we are Americans!"
Wallaahi! Billaahi! Tallaahi! These kalimaat al-khabeethah of Abu Muslimah would not come from except one who is a heretic, astray, khabeeth, kadhaab, a Dajjaal, a zindeeq! Or one who is completely senseless and majnoon!
May Allaah kill him and sever him and scatter his life and affairs, if he does not repent with immediate effect.
Allaahummah Aameen. Aameen Yaa Rabb.
