You asked about Dar ul Hadeeth. Dar ul Hadeeth in Harlem is a dawah organization that was created by a few brothers in the New York, Harlem area. In acting upon the statement of Allah : And who is better then one who calls to all and does righteous actions and says verily I am from the believers. And His Statement: Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good speech and debate with them with that which is better. And His Statement: And let there be a party from amongst you calling to that which is good and forbidding that which is evil. And the statement of the Messenger salallahu alehee was salem: Allah guiding by way of you one man is better for you then a red eyed camel.
In light of the previous mentioned, a group of brothers from the New York area felt the need to begin dawah activities in the New York area in general and the Manhattan area in specific. They noticed that the present establishments which are clear in following the minhaj of the salaf are very few in number and the large size of the area demands that more be involved in spreading the glorious dawah. So these brothers came together and joined their efforts to open a dawah center there. The name was taken from the original dawah center based in Philadelphia after seeking permission from the brothers there. Our goals in developing this organization are similar to the goals of the other clear salafee organizations, from them:
Calling to Allah and His Messenger upon the authentic way of the Salaf as Saleh Correcting that which has been distorted by the deviants of this deen Purifying the hearts of the people with the pure authentic traditions of the Messenger salallu alehe was salem Educating the masses about the correct religion and informing them of the obligation of following it and living by it. And much more.
