THE REGULAR AND EXTRA SUNNAH RAK'AHS BEFORE AND AFTER THE
OBLIGATORY PRAYERS:

* see : 'as-Saheehah' (6/2/11013-1014) of Shaikh al-Albaanee- rahimahullaah-,and  he said in 'as-Saheehah' ( 7/1/527) that it is 'A Prayer which has been forgotten, which should be revived.'

** Husayn al-`Awaayishah in his book 'al-Mawsoo`atul-Fiqhiyyatul-Muyassarah' (2/113-114) mentions these as times when two rak`ahs could be prayed based upon the general wording of the hadeeth:

<<Between every two adhaans there is a Prayer...for whoeever wishes.>> [al-Bukhaaree (627), Muslim (838)]
