What is the most correct opinion when Eed falls on Jumu'ah?
In the Fatawa from the Permanent Committee in Fataawa Islaamiyyah, Vol 2, pg 453 it says "" So whoever does not attend the Friday prayer from among those who have prayed the 'Eid prayer, he must pray it as Zuhr , in accordance with the evidences which prove that it is obligatory to offer the Zuhr prayer for those who do not attend the Friday Prayer "".
But it says in an article found in TROID on Pg 17 & 18 ,bringing other ahadeeth in addition to the ahaadeeth mentioned by the Permanent Committee that in such a situation one prays only the Salaatul 'Eed & then Salaatul Asr, if he does not pray Salaatul Jamu'ah.
