The question arose concerning a brother taking a 2nd wife. Is there a permissability for his first wife to seek khul if she experiences uncontrollable mental anguish in this situation and there is contant bickering...The question is not about the permissability of his taking a 2nd wife, but is only about the permissability of his 1st wife seeking khul.
