Assalamu Alaikum

How do you pray the 'tahajjud' prayer? Can somebody please tell me how to perform the prayer, it's guidelines. How may 'raka'ah'? What time the 'tahajjud' begins? And so on and so forth...

I found the book "The Night Prayer, Qiyam and Tarawih" by Shaikh Al-Albani very good with regards to the subject of Tahajjud.
