Our questions are: 1. Does the wife of my son from a previous marriage have to cover around my husband? 2. Does the mother of a milk daughter cover in front of her milk daughter's husband? 3. It appears that most of the Salafi families in the West are young with small children, so 'spouses of stepchildren and milkchildren' may not have become an issue with many. Alhamdulilaah,some Salafi families in the USA are already multigenerational,living together as a family unit, and this info is needed immediately.
We are taking the approach that it is safer to practice hijab in these circumstances, but we have no daleel other than what "seems" right.
So, if any of the Brothers or Sisters have some concrete info on this issue, it will be greatly appreciated. InshaaAllah
