REASONS FOR DEVIATION by Sheikh Rabee' bin Haadee al-Madkhalee With additions from Sheikh 'Obayd ibn Abdillaah al-Jaabree Sheikh Muhammad ibn Hadi al-Madkhalee Taken from the the tape by Sheikh Rabee' ibn Haadee al Madkhalee Asbaab al Inhiraaf Reasons for Deviations Translated by Abdulilah Lahmami inshaallaah i will try and finish the translation by the Summer. Sheikh Rabee' says... To proceed : The most truthful speech is the speech of Allaah, and the best example is the example of the Prophet sallallaahu ?alaihi wa sallam and the most evil of things are the newly invented matters. Every newly invented matter is an innovation and every innovation is misguidance and every misguidance leads only to the fire. Oh brothers, sons, close companions, it is a great opportunity for us to meet in this place not for any worldly benefit but rather we gather for Allaah and due to Allaah. I hope all our intentions are upon this, that our intention is to meet for Allaah's sake and to remind each other for the sake of Allaah, with the blessing of Allaah upon us. The greatest of blessings from Allaah upon us is the blessing of Islaam. It follows that one is firm upon the sunnah, knowing the sunnah and then being firm upon it. We ask Allaah to give us knowledge of the sunnah of our Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and his methodology then being firm upon that. That our relationship with people whether close or far is for the sake of Allaah the Most High. That our relationship be for His love and for the purpose of His Pleasure. I excuse myself what the brother says regarding me for I am not by Allaah like Imaam Bukhaaree and not even close to him, and I am not, I am not, am not?The distance is far between me and Bukhaaree and I am not except a student of knowledge. I ask Allaah to bless us with sincerity regarding what we say and do and what we put forward in benefiting the people even upon its weakness. We ask Allaah that He writes it upon our good deeds. From the most important of things that I advise myself with and my brothers is to be firm upon the truth and to have sincerity in it to Allaah, the Most High. To have accountability to Allaah in it. I will mention some points about it, Oh brothers BE FIRM, BE FIRM, in this time, in this age where trials and tribulations have increased withholding people from accepting the true Islaam..."
