With the Permission of Allaah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'ala, there will be a 2 day knowledge-based Dawrah at Masjid Tawheed this following weekend of August 14-15 with the brother Abdur-Rahmaan Umaysaan, who is studying for his Masters in Hadeeth at Jaami'ah Islaamiyyah al-Madinah al-Munawwarah, and the Imaam of Masjid Tawheed, Abu Hafs Fahmi, from the students of Imaam Muqbil ibn Haadee al-Waadi'ee (rahimahullaah).
The Da'wah at Masjid Tawheed and Masjid Khaalid ibn Waleed, with 4 General Classes ('Umdah al-Ahkaam, Fath ul-Majeed Fi Kitaab it-Tawheed, 'Aqeedah al-Waasithiyyah, Tuhfah as-Sunniyyah) and a weekly Muhaadharah by phone with the Mashaykh of Ahl us-Sunnah have been very succesful in teaching the Muslimeen of the Detroit area the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (sal Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) and uniting the hearts upon it and all praise is to Allaah for this blessing. We are happy to know that the class schedule will now expand to Masjid Ghazaali in Hamtramick as well, with classes given by 'Abdur-Rahmaan 'Umaysaan at this Masjid (at Joseph Compo).
The Shaikh 'Abdul-'Azeez al-Bura'ee (Haafidhahullaah) was called some months ago by some brothers and he praised Abu Hafs generally on one occasion and on another said that he is Thiqah with him. The brother, haafidhahullaah, has been responsible for making many of the fitaan of past clear to the Salafee community, from them that of Abul-Hasan al-Ma'ribee and those who were with him and more recently the speech of Shaikh Rabee' ibn Haadee (Haafidhahullaah) in regards to Faalih al-Harbee and Ghawthee al-Amaraatee. May Allaah increase him and us and benefit the community with his knowledge.
