Bismillaahi r-Rahmaani r-Raheem,

was-Salaatu was-Salaamu `ala Rasulillaah,

wa ba'd,

as-Salaam `alaykum wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakaatuh,

my dear brother, there is no book with that name of Imaam Bin Baaz (rahimahullaah) as far as I know. But on the site of Bin Baaz you will find the same advice of our Imaam, on the following link:

http://www.binbaz.org.sa/Display.asp?f=bz01711.htm

Also, there is a sort of brochure with collected statements of our noble scholars about Osama bin Laden, on the following link:

http://www.sahab.org/books/count.php?book=423&action=view&goto=files/aqeeda/ladn.doc

I hope this will help you further inshaa' Allaah,

wa Baarak Allaahu Feekum,

was-Salaam `alaykum,

your brother,
`iesaa
