بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله وحده ،وصلى الله وسلم على عبدك ورسولك محمد وعلى آله ومن اتبعه واهتدى بهديه إلى يوم الدين.
To proceed:
My brothers in the religion and the true manhaj, as-Salaamu `Alaykum wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakaatuhu, and after it:
Then what is spread and circulated by the people of fitnah in their scheming, murky [discussion] forums of claims and assertions that have no truth to them has just reached me. Rather they are [but] pure fabrication(s) and disgraceful lie(s).
And the essence of what they claim, spread, circulate, and aspire (for) - but which is slander - is that difference has occurred between the well known Salafee scholars in these days.
And I announce, resolutely without the least of hesitation or doubt that there is no way for this matter (to occurr) between Ahl us-Sunnah. Rather, that is the way of the people of innovations and desires, because they are the people of splitting (furqah), and splitting is tied to their innovation, as opposed to the people of truth. For the Sunnah is the foundation upon which they unite, return back to, and [with which they] are pleased with, and there is no place with them for the desires and opinions of men that have no proof from the legislation. And by way of this, they (Ahl us-Sunnah) have departed from the people of innovations and misguidance because the Sunnah is tied to the Jamaa`ah, and this is the religion and its people, and they do not revile those from amongst themselves:
And their state (between themselves) is not like the state of those (besides them) who differ with them in the religion, for they revile each other and (also revile) Ahl us-Sunnah. For the Salafees do not differ with the differing that is unlawful, censured and hated. But they revile the people of innovations, and the opposing the methodologies that have divided the religion and (those) who turned into sects. And they are agreed upon this (course of conduct), and there is a difference between this [stance towards the people of innovations] and between them refuting each other in order to manifest the truth, to aid it, and to give advice to the Ummah, alongside their holding on to the rope of Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic, and their loving each other for the sake of the religion, and their loyalty and enmity for the sake of it.
And their difference in the subsidiary issues which are those of ijtihaad is not to be considered a difference that is actually amongst themselves, like the difference that (they have) with the people of the (variant) creeds, the Innovators. And similarly, their difference regarding that which is between them about those who differ with them or (regarding) the judgement upon those differing with them from the people of opposing methodologies is not a difference that is actually amongst themselves. Rather (in such matters of difference), amongst them is one who is correct (in his view, stance), and the one who opposes him is under excuse, and he is excused by his brother, until the truth that his brother knew becomes clear to him (as well), and (thus) he judges with it and returns back to it, and the truth has the greater right of being followed. [However, when it is like this], all of them are seekers of the truth, and the truth is their lost property, and rectification (islaah) is their intent.
This is what I saw that I should clarify to my brothers with this brief word so that the people of truth are not deceived, and they are not confused by the twittering of the people of cheap objectives, and the doubts of the people of misguiding desires.
And Allaah is the Granter of success, and the Guider to the right way and the straight path.
