This was sent to us today by a brother Abu Maryam Abdul Hakeem:

An example of Usama Alquosee speaking ungrammatically and commiting grammatical mistakes in the same cassette that he claims this of the Noble Sheik Fowzee Alatharee.

Usaama  said (start 23.52, finish 24.02,QooseeBrixton2.rm):

"Although whoever has with him something small from the knowledge of the Arabic language will notice that he (Sheik Fowzee) makes grammatical errors in his speech more than once in a sentence".

In the same cassette Usaama makes three grammatical errors in one sentence (start 16.23, finish16.25) when he says:

?For the sake of bringing together their hearts

"من أجلِ تألفُ  قلوبُهُم"

The correct pronunciation is

"من أجلِ تألفِ قلوبِهِم"

WHY?
من  is  a preposition(جار) it causes the noun that comes after it to be majroor (in this case with kassarah as can be seen on the letter laam on أجلِ )

أجلِ is majroor because it comes after من which causes it to have a kassarah on the end letter(لِ).It is also mudhaaf(مضاف)  and its mudhaff ilayhi(مضاف إليه ) is the word تألفِ.

تألفِ is majroor because it is mudhaaf ilayhi   (مضاف إليه ).In this sentence the kassarah is apparent on the end of the word and is pronounced EE( ِ) not as usaama pronounced it , UU ( ُ  ).Usaama?s pronunciation here is grammatically Incorrect and even I (whom for who Arabic is not a mother tongue) knows this but that will not stop me from correcting a wrong and telling the truth even if the one who is at fault is a native speaker of Arabic. To be just, as a muslim should always be, I would say that Usaama did not make that many grammatical mistakes during the talk but then maybe if he himself was just then he would say the same thing about the Noble Sheik Fowzee, who after all was a student of one of the greatest scholars of Arabic and its grammar, namely  the Noble Sheik Aluthaymeen, raheemahu allaah. Are there two scales? One to weigh the salafees and another to way those who are at war with them?? If you are going to weigh yourself then do it with the scales of justice and not the corrupted scales of Almuwaazanah and double standards.

In these times we are in need of men who stand up and say that they are wrong when wrong and not try to crush everyone who stands in their way instead of men who act like yellow belied cowards on a sinking boat, trying to get to the lifeboats before the women and children.

قلوبِ is mudhaaf ilayhe and mudhaaf also.It is mudhaff ilayhe to تألفِ ie  تألفِ قلوبِ and in its own right is is mudhaff. In this sentence the kassarah on the baa is apparent and so it is pronounced
BEE(بِ ) and not as usaam pronounced it BOO(  بُ ).

هِم is a possessive pronoun (their) and it is mudhaaf ilayhe, in simple terms, (not splitting up the haa and the meem and explaining  them individually). Because the adjoining word قلوبِ ends in kassarah this causes the haa  to be pronounced HIM (هِم) and  not as usaama pronounced it HUM.An an example of the haa changing from having a dummah( ُ  )
to a kassarah( ِ )  is the last  part of the ayah :

غير المغضوب عليهِم و لا
الضالين

This is a lesson that the people who live in glass houses shouldn?t throw stones and this nation is in need of men who acknowledge their faults and return to the truth instead of digging holes for themselves whist trying to escape from the truth.

Baarak Allaahu feekum -

May Allaah reward you and the brother 'Abdul-Hakeem.

In light of Usaamah Al-Qoosee's recent positions, this attack from him is a mere grabbing at straws to find anything to say against the Salafees.

We do not see grammatical errors as a proof for or against someone's manhaj.  The reality is Shaykh Fawzee is working to spread the clarity of Salafiyyah, no matter how many times he made something marfoo' that was supposed to be mansoob, and it is not as Usaamah Al-Qoosee has claimed in the first place, wal-hamdulillaah.

But then it is nice to see that 'Abdul-Hakeem, who is a British brother, not an 'Arab, found three mistakes in one sentence from someone who insults a Salafee student of knowledge for making more than one error in a single sentence.  And this only adds us in our certainty that Usaamah Al-Qoosee is a person of self-contradiction.

And our case is not the case of Usaamah Al-Qoosee, for when the Salafees point out Usaamah's grammatical errors, we are only doing so to return his own insults back to him, in light of his own claims against others, as our original position on him is based on what he has shown us from his manhaj.

We ask Allaah for al-'Aafiyah and As-Salaamah.

As sallam ualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu

Jazakumullah khairan Ikhwaan!!

Having read what you have just mentioned about Qoosee's grammatical errors, it reminded me of a couple of posts about him in which he attacks the salafis of the West as not even being able to make the i'raab of 'Jaa'a Zaidun', whilst at the same time them making jarh upon people all the time,  or as Qoosee claims.

Thus, how wonderful is the saying of the poet:

"She accused me of (having) her disease and sneaked away"!!!!!!!!!!

JazaakAllaahu khayran Yaa Abaa Maryam! Allaah raised this man when he raised the truth and aided it in the years gone by, and now Allaah has most certainly lowered him, when he lowered the truth, its Scholars, and its people. He inclined towards the Innovators, the Jam`iyyaat and their wealth (Muhammad al-Maghraawee, Abul-Hasan as-Sulaymaanee, Dar ul-Birr) and did not incline towards the truth.

Usaamah al-Qoosee says "...they cannot distinguish between the alif and the `asaa (the stick)...". Kadhaba. My three year old daughter can distinguish between the alif and the `asaa. This is a ta`an (revilement) and sukhriyah (mockery) of the generality of the Salafees in the West and upon their children. Al-Qoosee and Co. were not able to refute the truth, so they opened up the door of belittling the Scholars and mocking them and those with them upon the truth. So he brought his own downfall upon himself and he was not wronged in the least.

All of this reminds me of both Aboo Muslimah and Aboo Usaamah making similar statements. About Aboo Uwais (Aboo Muslimah's comments about Aboo Uwais' lack of knowledge of Arabic) and Aboo Usaamah's statements about the salafee youth, in general.

Wasn't the brother just pointing out the contradiction of Usamah al-Qoosee who tries to refute Shaykh Fawzee on grammatical mistakes but at the exact same time he falls into three of them in just four or five words. As far as I can see this is not starting a refutation of Usamah al-Qoosee on grammar matters but only a matter of showing his foolishness and contradiction in what he has done!

The hizbees who claim showing that al-Qoosee's grammar errors is a contradiction on behalf of the brother who pointed this out or on behalf of Salafitalk lack some basic elements of intellect. Especially as this same matter has been made very clear by the brother himself and also by akh Moosaa above which is that we do not refute on issues of grammar but since Usamah al-Qoosee has done so, his contradiction needs to be pointed out to show that "people who live in glass houses should not throw stones" as the brother originally said.

Once more this just shows that these ignorant Hizbees throw away their common sense and just jump at anything. Even after the matter is already explained in plain black and white they choose to remain dumb on purpose.
