Shaykh Dr. Abu Abdullah Khalid bin Dhahwi adh-Dhafiri hafidhahullahis originally from Kuwait but has been living in Madeenah since many years now. He is the admin of Shaykh Rabee's website www.rabee.net

The Shaykh has a doctorate from the Islamic University of Madeenah. He has considerable efforts in Da'wah and has travelled to Indonesia and other countries for that.

His book Ijma' al Ulemah ala al-Hajr wa Tahdheer min Ahlul Hawa has introductions from Kibaar Ulemah like Rabee bin Hadi, Ubayd al-Jaabiri and Zaid al-Madkhalee hafidhahumullah.
