Topic: Can we learn Buloogh al Maram from a Surooree, Qutubee or an Ikhwaan???

Asalamu Alaykum wa Ramatullahee wa Barakatuhu,
In our area in Canada there is a major, major shortage of people with Ilm!! There is a brother however that possesses some Ilm and is qualified Inshaa'ALLAH to teach, wa ALLAHu Alam. Unfortunately he praise Muhammad Qutub etc... Supposedly he is was a student of Salih al Munnajid for quiet sometime. Of course we know what the Ulumaa have said about them (ie) Muhammad Qutub & Munnajid. But our situation here is very limited and we need to learn something such as Buloogh al Maram. Is this permissible to learn from someone in this category as long as he doesn't call to his dawah? Is it correct to just say that he is teaching Fiqh so it's ok we can learn from him and just ask for the daleel? We are very few salafee's here and we plan to leave the country to seek Ilm within the next year but for the time being we are stuck. Also what should are position with this man be and how should we advise him concerning his praises of the above mentioned men. In addition to this there is a da'ee in the West named Muhammed Sa'eed Adly, I'm sure we are all aware of him as he used to be apart of QSS. ALLAHU ALAM what his condition is now, but he has a 70 tape series discussing Buloogh al Maram and in his explanation on his tapes he is using another 12 books for references including some works by Sh.Albani(Rahimallahu Ta'ala). So in short, can we listen to this man's tapes if there is no other access to this other topic by anyone else as long as he is giving references by trustworthy sources???

Akhee fillah, just some advice:
1]Maybe it might be a good idea to call some the brothers from TROID to your area, as they have some brothers that might be able to help you in setting up some fiqh lessons.
2]There are many tapes that are translated -al Hamdillah- at Salafipublications and TROID,which have detailed explainations in fiqh, like the explaination Rawdatun Nadiyah etc, and both sites -wa lillah al hamd- have mail- order facilties, al Hamdullilah.
I hope -inshAllah- this might help in gaining the knowledge without any harm.
