Assala mu alaykum rahmatullah Two salafi brothers I know of are intending to make hijrah to Saudi Arabia, specifically Madinah and Makkah. They have requested me to post a Question on this blessed forum, on their behalf, for one of the Talib ul ilm, brothers who are residing in Saudi, or anybody who is not residing in the country, but can provide valuable info. The question is as follows: "For sometime, we have had the oppurtunity to buy property for business/hijra, in Makkah and Madinah. Unfortunately due to the Saudi laws, we don't have this ability, of buying property, as we are not Saudi citizens. Please advise us of any righteous body/people/person(s), who will take this responsible role as 'kafeel', so that we can buy the property in their name and make hijrah or do business. If their is such a body, who can be responsible, then we will be willing to put forward a certain percentage of the profit that is made from the business on a regular basis e.g anually, to them. Which they can use for themselves, as a source of income or part of charity etc. We wait in anticipation for a answer. Jazzak allahu khairan. Wassalam" (End of question) Could someone reply to this question. I have read some posts in this forum, from brothers who are residing in Saudi, such as, Moosa Richardson and Abdul ilah al-Lahmami and others. I am hoping one of these brothers would address this question and answer it. Jazzak umullahukhairan Wassalam Ekbal as-salafi al-Bangali

as Salaamu'alaykum wa Rahmatullaahe wa Barakatu I don't have any information regarding Saudi Arabia. But they can start a business in the United Arab Emirates in the FREE ZONE. Without a sponsor, it's really a great opportunity for many Muslims who want to make Hijrah to The Lands of The Muslims. You can stay in the country a long time. Here is the Url http://www.rakiftz.com/about.htm also their many other Free Zone in United Arab Emirates and Kuwait and other Muslim Countries. I think United Arab Emirates Free Zone is the best.

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah. Brother Ekbal, there's a brother that i know living in Jiddah Saudi-Arabia who might be able to help your friends. I contacted him and he told me to pass on his details to you, but you have disabled your p.m service and your e-mail address is not available neither. So if you can enable them bareka lahufeek, or pm me then i can get u in contact with the brother inshaAllah. May Allah make it easy for all those trying to thread a path in His way, and make us all amongst those who are really truth full in speech and actions. as Salaamu'alaykum wa Rahmatullaahe wa Barakatu AliSomaniAlKanadee No I don't have any information about getting citizenship in The United Arab Emirates. What I do know is if you're not a citizen of The United Arab Emirates, then you can't become a citizen. Perhaps the Goverment may make special allowance base on a person situation Allaahu Alim, it wouldn't hurt to ask the ruler of that country if you have the ability to contact him. But you can get a residence status which will allow you to stay in the country a long time.
