Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu, On behalf of all of the brothers and sisters in SC, I would like to officially announce the opening of Masjid As-Salafiyeen in Columbia, SC. We pray that Allah accepts this and it is a benefit for all. We invite everyone to visit and appreciate any type of help (du'a, advice, etc.). We also invite anyone who is dedicated to helping us learn, practice, and spread this noble da'wah to consider relocating to this area. Come and experience southern hospitality and leave the hustle and bustle of the big cities. We have a Da'wah Center (Markaz-us-Salafiyeen) which sells tapes, clothes, and other items. Our future plans include offering more classes, newsletters, and expanding our da'wah outreach to the Muslims and non-Muslims. Finally, we would like to express our utmost appreciation to all those that have and continue to help and support us from Atlanta, NJ, Kentucky, Alabama, NC, NY, MD, VA, to SC, Florida, Texas, DE, the UAE and everyone else that has slipped my mind. We hope that this may also serve as encouragement to all salafees in similar conditions that it does not take much except for trust in Allah, sincerity, contact with the people of knowledge (and students), patience and dedication to Allah, His Prophet, His deen and service to the Muslims in hopes of showing them the straight path and calling them to the jama'ah in truth.
