You are. Ibn Mas'ood (radiullahu anhu) said: "The Jamaa'ah is whatever agrees with the Truth, even if you are by yourself, then you would be the Jamaa'ah." This athaar can be found in Shaykh al-Fawzan's Sharh aqeedatul-waasatiyyah. As to the ulaama. Then there is NO ULAAMA outside the mamalaka arabiya assoudiyyah. Keep in touch with them their phone numbers have been posted here on salafitalk. Barakullahu feekum. Know, that the muslims are divided into two : the average muslim and the ulaama. (And the talibul-ilm are with the ulaama; but in No way do we return to the talibu ilm [i.e.their statements] over our fathers, the ulaama of old). Then the ulaama are futher divided into two. The ulaama of huda, who are ahlul-hadeeth wal-athaar upon the way of our salafus salih. And the ulaama of misguidance, who are ahlul-ahwaa wa-bid'ah upon the ways of deviation. And we seek Allaahu subahanu wa ta A'la Aide and Protection from them and their evil ways. May Allaahu ta'Ala guide to you good brothers who are upon salafiyyah while being jealous of that. barakullahu feekum!

Just a clarification, I assume that you mean that there are no "Kibaar Ulamaa" outside of Saudi Arabia. Just in case people take these words and misunderstand them. Since there are scholars who are spoken of by the Saudi Shaykhs, outside of Saudi, such as the Shaykhs of Yemen. Maybe what you mean is the original and first reference points, and they are inside Saudi Arabia, the most senior scholars, like Shaykh Muhammad al-Bannaa, Shaykh Ahmad an-Najmee, Shaykh Salih al-Fawzaan, Shaykh Rabee, Shaykh Abdul-Muhsin and others. Of course, this is true. And these are the Kibaar, and there are not to be found any Kibaar outside of this land. However there are those who are lesser than them in knowledge but don't reach their level, like those in Yemen, and they are also higher than just students of knowledge. Like Shaykh Muhammad al-Wasaabee and Shaykh Yahyaa al-Haajurree. Allaah knows best.

Na'am iamsalafee barakullahu feekum. This was explained to us by Ahmad Bazmool who is a student of Shaykh Rabee' and who is a teacher in the school at Masjidu-Haram. Na'am he said "No Kibaaru Ulama" out side the mamlaka.

Bismillaah ar-Rahmaan ar-Raheem as-salaamu alaikum IMPORTANT NOTE. The fact that Shaykh Yahya al-Haajuree was mentioned from "those who are lesser than them in knowledge but don't reach their level...also higher than just students of knowledge" then this is something which needs backing from the Ulemaa, he is known as a student of knowledge and we leave it at that, and we do not raise anyone over and above their station, as for shaykh Muhammad al-Wusaabee then shaykh Muqbil Rahimahullaah used to say about him "Muftee diyaarul-Yemen" and Shaykh Ahmad bin Yahya an-Najmee wrote about him in the new introduction to "Qawl al mufeed" saying " wa laqad arsala ilayya al-'Aalim al-Jaleel Muhammad bin 'Abdul-Wahhaab al-'Abdali al-Wusaabi al-Yemeni..." As for anyone of the other students of Shaykh Muqbil in Yemen (includign Sh. Yahya), then the kibaar 'Ulemaa have not raised them more than that they are students of knowledge...so we stop where the 'Ulemaa stop, and we tread a path that they tread, and we do not precede them in treading any path...this could prove perilous indeed! So be careful...and take heed from the mistakes...and do not be bitten by the same whole twice..! As for other than the Yemenis then you find students of knowledge galore in the khaleej...the likes of Sh. Saalim at-Taweel wa ashaabihi in Kuwait, in Bahrain, etc..As for the 'Ulemaa outside of the Mamlakah, then there is no doubt that 'Ulemaa are qalla wa dalla, bal maa yujad illa naadiran let alone the Kibaar... Except for one 'Aalim Shaykh 'Abdul Ghaffaar al-Hindee in Islamabad...although he is very old and sick not able to teach nor entertain guests...but nonetheless he is - no doubt - from the 'Ulemaa. wa jazakumullaah khayran wa salaam aleikum wa rahmetullaahi wa barakaatuhText

Just for the record. In the introduction of the book written by Shaikh Yahyaa al-Hajooree entitled 'Diyaa'us Saalikeen fee Ahkaami wa Aadaabil Musaafireen' Shaikh Muqbil mentioned these accolades regarding the author : "As to what proceeds : A portion of the treatise (( as-Safar )) was read to me from our brother for Allaah ash-Shaikhil Faadil , at-Taqee'iz Zaahid , al-MUHADDITH , al-FAQEEH Abee Abdir Rahmaan Yahyaa bin Alee al-Hajooree..." This is what was mentioned in this book and we should not say any LESS than that , unless there are some extra statements of praise for our brother and shaikh , Shaikh Yahyaa elsewhere by our father , Shaikh Muqbil or someone on his level ! And Allaah knows best ! كن مستفيدا أو مفيدا أو اسكت بحلم
