With regards to your question. I think there is a mistake, it should not be Shaykh Abdullaah as-Somalee, but should have been Shaykh Muhammad ibn Abdullaah as-Sumalee.
As for the Shaykh Mahmoud al-Istabouli, the correct spelling should be Shaykh Mahmoud Mahdi al-Istanbuli. He wrote these books called Kayfa nurabbi Atfaalana, Nisaa hawl ar-Rasool, Tuhfat al-Arus
The other personality that u asked: Sh mahmoud Mujeeb Mut'ee, i'm not sure.
