After mentioning various proofs explaining that Allah is above His creation Sheikh Bin Baz said, and this is the consensus of the people of the Sunnah, and the Companions united upon this, just as all the Messengers, peace and blessing are upon them, united upon the fact that Allah is above His throne, and Allah the Mighty and Majestic is above His creation. And from the proofs of this is the statement of Allah the Mighty and Majestic (In chapter 40 verses 36-37) And Pharaoh said, O Haman build me a tower that I may arrive at the ways the ways of the heavens, and I may look upon the God of Musa
This is proof that Musa(peace and blessings are upon him) told him (Pharaoh) that Allah is above His creation and that He is above His throne and for this reason Pharaoh said what he said
