I know that Ramadhan is split up in 3 parts, could someone explain to me what these parts are, i know that the last ten days are for forgiveness.

Wa 'Alaikummussalaam ,

The hadeeth related to Ramadhaan being divided into 3 parts is Fabricated (Maudhoo) as graded by Imaam Al Albaanee (rahimahullaah).

The audio in which he says that it is fabricated ::

And he says in Dha'eef al Jaami'(2135) -- Dhaeef Jiddan (Very Weak)
and in Silsilah adh-dhaeefah (1569) -- Munkar (rejected).
