Assalamu'alaikum wa Rahmatullah,
I work in a muslim primary school, i only teach the academic subjects. but i noticed that on friday the teachers have chosen a young boy to lead the jummuh prayer. he does the khuthbah himself. i do not belief his knowledge to be substantial and have also heard him narrate a hadeeth incorrectly. however because the school is not near a reliable masjid the headteacher has given this position to the students. one of the bots has memorised khuthbatul hajjah and uses this as his khuthbah, is this correct? also for the dhur prayer the boys lead the salah with the rest of the students behind them. the boys in years 3 and 4 call the adhaan and iqamah, but i have noticed that they say that the qualities of the adhaan is that it is done very slowly and the iqamah must be done very fast, is this correct? jazakallah khair to anyone who can help me with this and give me the correct rulings.
