It contains exaggerations and great praises of Sayyid Qutb, and referring to him as "Sayyid" i.e. leader, chief, and praising his open opposition to the rulers, which obviously brings more harm mafsadah than good to the people, if they are encouraged by his example which is what M. Ismaaeel seems to be doing.
