Assalaam waleikum. I want to get back into my art with understanding of images and insha'Allah learn some calligraphy. I have seen some examples of zoomorphic calligraphy in books and on websites. Before I try any of this calligraphy, I want to know the fatwa. I provided a link to show what I'm talking about:
