salaam. Does anyone know if it is allowed to recite certain surah onto water. i read that it is permisable so long as only Allaah names is invoked.
I know that reciting some surahs and blowing onto the hands and rubbibg onto the body is allowed as the hadeeth is Sahih Bukhari have shown us that the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) did this and when he became really ill it was done upon him by a companion.
Also there is a method whereby they use chillies with certain surah. does anybody know if that is an authnetic method.
