As selam aleykum ve rahmetullah ve barakatuh,
I´m searching for the right definition of Darul-Islam & Darul-Kufr in Islam.
Can anybody show me a Article or e-book concerning this topic?
Because there are different opinions regarding this topic and I´m searching for the shariah view regarding this topic.
Another reason is, that some miskeen make Takfir of the muslim community, because they said, that because today there is no Darul-Islam in the world that mean that in Darul-Kufr the people are Kuffar until proofen otherwise!

In The Name Of Allaah The Most Merciful The Bestower Of Mercy
Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Saaleh al Uthaimeen (rahimahullaah) stated:
The land of shirk is the land where the signs manifesting shirk are upheld; and the signs manifesting Islaam, such as the adhaan, the prayer in congregation, the Eid prayers and the Jumu?ah Prayer, are not commonly and universally established. Not established commonly and universally to exclude those signs of Islaam that are established restrictedly such as by the Muslim minorities in the lands of the unbelievers. These lands do not become the land of Islaam due to the signs of Islaam that the Muslim minorities establish therein.
As for the land of Islaam, then it is the land where these signs are established commonly and universally.

as salam alaykum,
I need more Info on when is a Land a Darul-Kufr and when is a Land Darul-Islam. And also need I Information on when is a Land Darul-Harb.
Please show me as much Informationen as possible. Article or Links are welcomed as well.
