I hope that I am posting this question in the right place.
I would like to know who is: Shaykh Mokhtar Maghraoui. Insha-Allah, I will soon move to Albany, New York and someone sent me a website from a Masjid that is located in Albany that this brother is the Imaam. I have no knowledge and I am asking those with knowledge so I, along with my family do not go astray.
