السلام عليكم

Does anyone know the price of silver in the U.S.? I shaved my sons hair but I can't find the price of silver. The jeweler that weighed the hair told me it goes up and down, wAllaahu 'alam. Is this true and if so, which price do I use?

Yes, the price of silver does fluctuate. You can view the current live price of silver as well as historical prices in $US here. Note the prices are in $US per ounce.
