Seven months ago, we launched Salafilibrary.com based on the guidance found in the following two ahaadeeth:
From Ibn Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him), ?The most beloved of the people to Allaah, the Most High, are those who are most beneficial to the people?? (as-Saheehah no. 906)
From Zayd bin Usayd ath-Thaqafee (may Allaah be pleased with him), ?Love for the people that which you love for yourself.? (as-Saheehah no. 72)
Over those months, by the blessings of Allaah, we have managed to ship over a thousand books all over the globe, MashaaAllaah. And we say this from the view point of firstly thanking Allaah as He, the Most High, says, ?And proclaim the bounty of your Lord.? (ad-Duhaa:11)
And then to thank the people which is part of thanking Him, based on the hadeeth reported by al-Ash?ab bin Qays (may Allaah be pleased with him) in marfoo? form, ?The one who does not thank the people is not thankful to Allaah.? (as-Saheehah no. 416)
And all of this shows the great thirst for authentic knowledge that exists in the West. And we ask Allaah to make that purely for His sake, verily He is the all-Hearing, the One who answers the supplication.
