Salaamu Alaykum,
Someone handed me a flyer at the lecture in Jersey regarding an upcoming lecture in Connecticut. To my suprise, I noticed the name of one of the speakers was Abu Khalyl Jadd Sylvester. Ain't this the same dude who spoke and translated for the last QSS lecture that featured Abu Usaamah, Usaamh Qoosi, and Salim Hillali!?! I also checked out the POTS website, (you know, the Protectors of the Sunnah) and saw his name all over the place. There's a flier on their site that says he spoke at a conference in Greenesboro, NC on April 12th, at the Islaamic Center of the Triad.
In the past, brothers on this site had warned against POTS. Does anyone know if they have made tawbah? If so Alhamdulillaah. If not then can someone look into this.

I surfed around POTS' website, at the bottom right corner of some of the pages of their website they have an icon with a link to for "POTS books & tapes Store". This link takes you directly to the QSS website where a poster about a lecture on 18th annual QSS conference. The list of speakers features:
Usaamah Qoosi
Ahmad Dhahir Uwais
Muhammed Abdul Dhahir
Abu Usaamah
and
Abu Khalyl Jadd Sylvestor
This lecture is dated July 1 - 4 2004, in Ontario Canada, the same weekend as Masjid Rahmah's!?! Please advise.
