I was hoping I could receive help with some of the following points:
1. I've been trying to find in Sahih al-Bukhari the baab (in Arabic) for the impermissibility of saying so and so is going to Jannah, which includes the hadeeth of 'Uthmaan ibn Math'oon who died due to an illness and the one looking after him said: "I bear witness that Allaah has honoured you" upon which the Prophet ('alayhi salaatu wa salaam) said: "How do you know that Allaah has honoured him?" continuing: "As for him, by Allaah, death has overtaken him, and I hope the best for him. By Allaah, though I am the Messenger of Allaah, yet I do not know what Allaah will do to me."
Could someone please post up the baab heading in ARABIC (preferably with tashkeelaat) and a few other hadeeth that fall under this baab as further proof. Good to use as evidence against those who say so and so is shaheed
2. I remember hearing an athar related to being cautious of the man who continuously says: "walaahi" (habitually). Does anyone know from whom this was narrated including the narration itself? Jazakumullaah khair

باب الدخول على الميت بعد الموت إذا أدرج في أكفانه
and
باب القرعة في المشكلات وقوله عز وجل ( إذ يلقون أقلامهم أيهم يكفل مريم ) وقال ابن عباس اقترعوا فجرت الأقلام مع الجرية وعال قلم زكرياء الجرية فكفلها زكرياء وقوله ( فساهم ) أقرع ( فكان من المدحضين ) من المسهومين وقال أبو هريرة عرض النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على قوم اليمين فأسرعوا فأمر أن يسهم بينهم أيهم يحلف
the first one is from the kitaab al-janaa'iz, the second from kitaab ash-shahaadaat, both mention the hadeeth of uthmaan ibn math'oon radhiyallaahu 'anhu. It is mentioned a number of times in Bukhaaree in other than these chapters as well...
