As-Salaamu'Alaikum wa'Rahma tu'Llahi'wa berta khatu,
This brother gave lectures in Columbus, and has a website. Does anyone know of him salafiyyah? Some brothers spoke in his favor so I'm looking for information about him to advise them??

wa 'alaykum us-salaam wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh,
i was given some of his lectures a few years back by a saudi brother who i now know to defend safar & salmaan. at that time i thought yusuf estes to be salafee simply because of him saying the khutbatul-haajah and his mention of sh. al-albaanee (rahimahullaah). but just a quick browse through his website will give you all the info you need concerning his manhaj. there i found the following:
- a picture of him with siraaj wahhaaj; not to mention pictures of himself all over the site
- links to various articles authored by deviants such as sayyid qutb, mawdoodee and bilaal philips.
- links to various audio lectures including "sheikh" 'abdur-raheem green
- links to muhammad adly, al-huda school, and other sites

Jazaak Allahu'khair. I got ear of his website, and na'aam, it is a refutation against himself along side his close proximity to the hizbiyeen.
