Inshallah, I would like to know what the major scholars of Ahlul-sunna have said about the on-going violence in soomalia. In addition, I would like to know whether it is allowed to make takfeer on those warlords in soomalia who make permissable the killing of other muslims? Also, should the muslims obey them or rise up against them, since many of them want to rule by other than what Allah has revealed? Note: Some of them even think that Islam is the problem
