As selam aleykum.
I´m living in Germany. And in my City we haven´t any Salafi Brother or Salafi Mescid.
The Muslims around me are most from Turkey. They have different oriantations. But all of them are strong Hanafi´s.
So we have Mescid´s here who want to establish an Islamic State by the Parlament way.
Mescid´s from Sufi´s.
And we have Mescid´s from the Turkey State, and they have all the different Muslims there.
So they have the Sufi´s in there, Ihkwaani´s and so on. And no one will be refuted as long as you don´t refute someone.
I´m a Salafi, walhamdulillah. But first of all I´m German. That is important, because the Turkey Muslims don´t listen to you if you are not from Turkey or at least speak the turkish language.
I have some Ilim. But when I speak with some of the Members of this Mescid´s, they don´t take it serious from me.
So here are my Question: What an obligation is upon me?
What I have to do?
How I have to behave?
Please give me Nasehah.
As selam aleykum

Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmathullaahi wa barakathuhu

The following articles are very important for giving Da'wah in any situation.

Manners of the Callers
By the Noble Scholar, Imaam ?Abdul-?Azeez Ibn Baaz (d.1420H)

The Noble Imaam Rahimahullah covers some of the fundamental prerequisities of the caller, and we need to all makesure that we have some credible ability in possesing each of these attributes, Insha'allah.

Otherwise one can create more trail than benefit, for yourself and indeed others around you.

Amongst some of the points covered are;

FIRSTLY ? SINCERITY
SECONDLY ? KNOWLEDGE
THIRDLY ? MILDNESS AND GENTLENESS
FOURTHLY ? SETTING AN EXAMPLE

Also the following article will be useful;

The Call To Allaah
By The Esteemed Shaykh, Saalih al-Fawzaan

The Shaykh Hafithahullah covers many points from;

[1] Knowledge of that which one calls to.
[2] Acting in accordance with that which he calls to.
[3] Purity of intention (al-ikhlaas).
[4] Beginning With What is of Primary Importance, Then With What Comes Next In Importance, And So On.
[5] Patient Perseverance in Facing Difficulties Encountered in Calling To Allaah, And in Facing Harm From the People.
[6] The Caller Must Be a Person of Good Manners Using Wisdom in His Call.
[7] The Caller Must Remain Firm in His Expectation and Hope for Good.

No Doubt there are other points that can be added which will be helpful for the more specific circumstances (such as yours), and i will not comment on your situation, since iam neither a Da'ee nor a Shaykh, for they know better!

Insha'Allah take time in reading the articles. And May Allah make it Easy upon you and increase you in Patience, Ameen.

Imaam al-Awzaa'ee said, "Patiently restrict yourselves to the sunnah, stop where the people stopped, say what they said, avoid what they avoided. Take to the path of the salaf, for indeed what was sufficient for them was sufficient for you."
