So I  (Aboo Tasneem) say that those responsible brothers in Riyaadh who know the situation first should use this forum to clarify the issue , since there is no witness like the eyewitness !

Na'am Jazaaka Allaahu khairan, and Inshallaah we will put something up in the next day or so in aiding him to make this ba'yaan.

Assalamualaikum, Yes alhamdulillah we too are happy that Shaqeel made his apology to Sheikh Rabee'hafidhahullaah, and there is a need for Shaqeel to further clarify his position. As of 12th september he was still supporting the Luton Liar Abdul Kadir, and he believed that  what was coming from SP was not from the scholars. He was still quoting from the Luton site as of the 17th September. I am here in Malaysia and  there is no problem with accessing the salafee websites and alhumdulillah we have been keep well informed and have followed closely this current fitnah of al-Ma'ribee.Jazakallah khair.

asalaamualaikum,

This was on the SP forums posted by SP ADMIN on 30.09.02 with regards to Shakeel's apology to Sh. Rabee and the clarity which we still await from him to the salafi brothers.

"Na'am, we hope that the correct position is taken by them. However, just a note, its good that the brother Shakeel repented from translating, but it also illustrates that his general position in this issue was not correct, otherwise he would not have arrived at the situation in which he was willing to translate for them.

So the issue goes beyond the mere matter of translating for them at Brixton, since prior to this occurrence the refutations of Shaykh Rabee', Shaykh Faalih, the Yemeni Shaykhs and others were common knowledge to most Salafees. So this raises the question of what was going through a person's mind previously and what was he upon and what was his position towards other Salafees who were upon the truth in this issue and other issues.

Thus, perhaps some more clarity is required from the brother in these areas. His apology here is only for translating the remarks of Salim al-Hilaalee, and alhamdulillaah it is welcomed and his reward is with Allaah. However, it does not extend to other areas for which clarity might be needed from him. Just something to take note of.

May Allaah grant us all success in what He loves and is pleased with."

I think there needs to be a further clarification on this matter so that the people will not inflate our brother Shakeel to a hero status. Myself and Abool Hasan Maalik Akhdar spoke to brother Shakeel ( of whom we both know personally ) about two weeks ago, advised him to repent ( to Allaah ) then go to without delay to Shaikh Rabee to straighten out his affair. We told him that at most , he should have not interpreted for them at all or at least , he should have not translated those statements of disdain towards Rabeeus Sunnah.
He told us that he was going to go and see the Shaikh and sort out his situation. That he did. We also asked him how could he have not known about the fitnah that was going on and his reply to us was "You brothers live in the States and I am here in Malaysia. You brothers know what is going on better than I do!"

Due to the availability of telephones, email and easy access of the World Wide Web in a country like Malaysia that seemed strange to me, but we still accepted his statement. But in light of other issues that were presented to us from our brothers who were with him in Yemen and those with him in Riyaadh coupled with the statements from some of our brothers in Birmingham, England ( like those from the forums section of SPUBS found below ), I find that he should be commended for his 'tawbah' regarding his mistake of rendering in to English those evil statements, BUT he still needs to clear up his alledged fighting against the Salafees there in Riyaadh!
"It is good that the brother Shakeel repented from translating, but it also illustrates that his general position in this issue was not correct, otherwise he would not have arrived at the situation in which he was willing to translate for them.

End of forum statement.

So I  (Aboo Tasneem) say that those responsible brothers in Riyaadh who know the situation first should use this forum to clarify the issue , since there is no witness like the eyewitness !

Brixton Mosque should come out and make a public apology for providing this platform in the first place, and not only that, it was witnessed and spread over paltalk as well. So let them come out and make their position clear!

As Salamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuhu brother Salafi Jazaakallahu khairan for the info!

This is a recording of the tawbah made by Shakeel as-Singapauree for translating the attack made by Saleem al-Hilaalee on the platform of the Brixton Mosque (who to date, have not excused themselves and freed themselves from it). And also naseehah on behalf of Shaykh Rabee' to the people of Shaam to take a correct Salafee position on the issue of the Saahib ul-Fitnah that is Abul-Hasan al-Ma'ribee, the great fitnah of whom has not been observed before and which has caused great problems for Ahl us-Sunnah, and for them to apologise in the same way that Shakeel as-Singapauree has apologised.
