Assalamu Alaikum,
Can anybody (preferably someone from Saudi Arabia) tell me how easy it would be for someone to make hijrah from the U.K to the Saudia, with Mathematics degree? Is there a demand for math teachers there?

I am not in Saudia but maybe in sha' Allah, you can join Muhaajir on Yahoo's egroups. There are always job openings posted (teaching positions as well as other positions). Additionally, Abu Ebraaheem Ahmed Franklin (who moderates this group with his wife)is in Saudia and has posted MANY openings, ma sha' Allah!
May Allah make Hijrah easy for all the Muslims! Ameen!

Asalamu aleykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu
You can look on the TES website- times educational supplement- they have jobs for teachers and sometimes specialist roles for other aspects of learning. The website is tesjobs.co.uk.
They always jobs in saudi and the paper comes out each friday. The website only stores two weeks worth of jobs so collecting the newspapers week on week would be better. Youll get information on different schools all over saudi. They sometimes have jobs in colleges and if you can speak english you dont always need a pgce.
You can check out whether or not getting work exerience in a school is a good idea. A week or two to deomstrate experience in the school environment.
InshaAllah this will help. Ill have a look for any details I have of recent teaching jobs in saudi and post them if I find any InshaAllah.

its an ad for a boys school in saudi in al-khobar.
this particular ad was for an english language teacher. it was advertised in april but you cancheck their site for other jobs.
there is another site, saudi development and training co ltd which seeks to provide training in saudi- i dont know whether its for saudi nationals or others. but check their site too:

it may not be useful to you as this specific ad calls for electrical, electronic, mechanical, computing and aircraft knowledge, but it may help others.
