As Salaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullah,
As to wanting advise in making hijrah and working in saudi.

1. From what I know there are few (international/private )teaching establishments in Medeenah. Perhaps some one who is there now would have more up to date information.
There are more schools/colleges in Jeddah and Riyadh. Allahu Allam.
As for hijrah, then you can only enter saudi on work permits which have fixed terms. I knew a teacher who was teaching for 20 years and was forced to return to America as her contract was not renewed!
Only recently I heard Shaikh an Nahari in a lesson say that if you make the neeyah for hijrah it is not permissible to return to dar al kuffar.

2.Below I have pasted two job adverts that were sent to me by a family in Saudi earlier this year ..... to give you an idea of what is required for different types of jobs. I will not however vouch for the reputability of this web site as I have not had dealing with them, even though I was sent this information.

3. Look very carefully into what you want to train as and what openings there are in Saudi long term as there is high unemployment among the youth.Saudi is now following a programme of " Saudization"which means they hope to phase out foreign workers and are looking at long term plans to train Saudi's . This has already taken place in the retail industry.
