From South of Delaware (Georgia, Maryland, D.C., etc.):
Take I-95 N toward New York and Philadelphia. Once across Delaware line, stay to the left at forks in the highway and follow I-95 N to EXIT #8 US-202 / CONCORD PIKE toward WILMINGTON / WEST CHESTER. Stay to RIGHT at fork in ramp onto CONCORD AVENUE / DE-202 toward WILMINGTON. Get into second to left lane at traffic light to go straight. Stay straight on CONCORD AVE. for approx. 1 mile. Turn LEFT onto N. MARKET ST / US-13. Continue straight for approx. 1 mile to 37th STREET. The P.A.L. CENTER is on the LEFT.
From Immediate North of Delaware (Philadelphia, Chester, Camden, etc.):
Take I-95 S toward Chester and Wilmington. Stay to the left at forks in the highway and take I-95 into Delaware. Take the EXIT #8A to US-202 S / CONCORD PIKE toward WILMINGTON. Get into second to left lane at traffic light to go straight. Stay straight on CONCORD AVE. for approx. 1 mile. Turn LEFT onto N. MARKET ST / US-13. From North of Delaware (New York, Newark & Asbury Park NJ, etc.):
Take NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE SOUTH. Travel time on Turnpike approx. 1 hr. and 45 mn. The NJ TNPK. becomes
I-295 S / US-40 W. Cross the DELAWARE MEMORIAL BRIDGE. Take the I-95 N ramp towards WILMINGTON. Follow
