Innalhamdulillah wa salat wa salaamu ala arasoolillah wa 'ala alihe wa ashabihe ajma'een:

It is a sad day for this ummah that the likes of people like this can freely go about "representin".  The problem is there representation is not for Allaah and His Messenger, Salallahu Alayhe wa Salam, but for ahl al-bida'ah wa ahlil Kalaam wa kathaab.  I am saddened even moreso that they stand up shouting salafiyyah instead of khalafeeyah.

Our beloved and noble Scholar of Islaam, Muhammadm Nasirul Deen Al-Albaani, (Rahmatullahi Ta'aala Alayhe), said what is translated as:

"We live in an age where one of the fatal characteristics is widespread, which is everyone liking his own opinion. Today everybody who reads a bit of Qur'aan or learns a bit of Ahkaam (rulings) and Ahaadeeth,(Narrations on the sunnah of Muhammad, salallahu alayhe wa salam), he thinks he is something in 'ilm (knowledge) although he can not read the Ahaadeeth without committing errors, and then he wants to argue everything he sees..."

May Allah Ta'aala break the backs of those who oppose the truth, Aameen.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه .ومن اتبع هداه

السلام عليكم ورحمةالله وبركاته

May Allaah reward the brother for his excellent and accurate speech regarding Ahmad Jibril and his father. I pray that this reaches the brothers of Michigan who hold him up as a person of knowledge, and may Allaah deliver them from Qutubiyyah to return to the Sunnah.

The following observations can be stated regarding these two:

1) Takfeer of Muslim Rulers widely and generally (he believes there is not a Muslim to be found amongst the rulers), and specifically: 'Abdul-'Azeez ibn Sa'ud, rahimahullaah, (Musa Jibril, ?I think he?s a Kaafir!?), Malik Fahd, Musharraf.

2) Takfeer of Hamza Yusuf (the Sufi) based upon his interview with Michael Enright since he clapped to the plan of the Kuffaar towards the end. Stated Ahmad Jibril, "I believe he's a Kaafir."

3) Calling the former Imaam at Masjid Dix, Dearborn a Munaafiq by Musa Jibril - he stated that he is a hypocrite since he takes a salary for his position. He persisted upon this statement despite being warned about it (As reported to me from Jamil 'Ali as-Salafee).

CORRECTION: This does not necessarily enter into making takfeer, as it may be alluding to the person's nifaaq in their actions and not the nifaaq of kufr. It has also been said that Shaikh Badi ud-Deen Shah ar-Raashidee as-Sindhee in his visit to Michigan called the same man a Munaafiq.

4) Declaring the Saudi government to be a government of Kufr.

5) Calling the Muslim rulers prostites from the mimbar in his Jum?uah Khuthbah.

The Companion Aboo Dardaa (radiallaahu ?anhuma) said, ?Verily, the first (appearance) of the hypocrisy of a man is his censure and rebuke of his Ruler (Imaam).?

Stated Imaam Barbahaaree in Sharh us-Sunnah: "If you find a man making supplication against the ruler, know that he is a person of innovation. If you find a person making supplication for the ruler to be upright, know that he is a person of the Sunnah, if Allaah wills. Fudayl ibn ?Iyaad  said, ?If I had an invocation which was to be answered, I would not make it except for the ruler.? It was said to him, ?O Abu ?Alee, explain that to us,? he replied, ?If I were to make an invocation for myself, it would not go beyond me. Whereas if I make it for the ruler, he is corrected and through that, the servants and the land are set in order.?   We are ordered to make supplication for them (ie. the rulers) to be upright. We have not been ordered to make supplication against them, even if they committ tyranny and oppression, since their tyranny and oppression reflect only upon themselves but their rectitude is good for themselves and the Muslims."

6) Claiming that Shaikh Rabee' knows him and gave a letter to this effect to be taken to him to Jamil Ali. The Shaikh, Haafidhahullaah, stated that "I know the father, but I don't know him to be anyone of knowledge, and I don't know the son." (As Reported from Jamil 'Ali as-Salafee)

7) His essay entitled "Salman al-Owdah - An Imaam of Our Time" in which he praises him and makes no mentions of any of that which he was refuted for by the true Imaams in the Deen of late (rahimahumullaah).

8) His open hatred for the Salafyoon of the West, open ridiculing of our Du'aat, from Dawud Adib to Abu Uways, and mocking them, and speaking regarding their Arabic similar to Usaamah Qoosi's type
of speech, mocking the American Salafi brothers for their unfamiliarity or accent with arabic.

9) His criticism of Shaikh Ibn Baaz's ruling regarding taking assistance from the Kuffaar for the Gulf War, adding that he was blind and misled by the rulers who kept him under guard and fed him false information - implying the Shaikh, rahimahullaah - did not have the ability to reach the truth. He also stated that Shaikh Hammoud ibn Uqla ash-Shuaibi, the one who gave the fatwaa authorizing 911 was superior to him as an Imaam of the ?true? Salafyoon (actually a student of Imaam ibn Baaz, who was retired due to his senility from his teaching post and was never given ijaazah to give fataawa - there are several statements regarding him on sahab.net).

10) His praise and recommendation of Maghraawee, Saaleh al-Munajjid (a close friend), 'Ali at-Timimi (he stated regarding him, "I never knew about him until they refuted him, then I began to respect him").

11) His warning from Shaykh Fawzee al-Atharee, haafidhahullaah, saying "He's one of them." He openly criticized the Shabaab who attended the Salafi conference where he was speaking.

12) His mockery of Salafiyyah and ar-Radd 'ala Mukhaalif, refuting those who criticize the Qutubiyyah and Sururiyyah, and the Jam'aat ul-Jihaad. He considers the label of Takfeeri a kind of Tazkiyah, and Khaariji one that is even better and made many statements such as this.

13) His condoning of suicide bombings and Irhaabiyyah in all its forms, and sanctioning of all individuals and speech in praise of this. He defends Usaamah ibn Laaden by saying that he is not someone of knowledge, just as he defends Sayyid Qutb with the same excuse.

14) His criticism of Shiakh Rabee's exposition of Sayyid Qutb by saying, "He wasted his time refuting Sayyid Qutb." and other speech of this type. As narrated from his chief muta?assib, Said Ketchman, Ahmad Jibril would sit in Shaikh Rabee?s halaqah, but when he would speak about Sayyid Qutb, he would get up and leave.

15) His sanctioning practices of robbery from the Kuffaar and taking Credit Card loans without returning the money and leaving hospital bills unpaid. As a specific example, he explained to one of the youth the ?permissibility? of stealing laptops from a Jewish company.

16) His asl of baatil from the Usool of Ahl ul-Bid'ah, of taking Hadeeth from the Devil in taking from the likes of Salmaan and Safar.

17) His statement when asked, ?Who are the Khawaarij of our time??, ?There are no Khawaarij in our time.? Yet it is known that the Khawaarij, those upon whose manhaj this man openly treads and calls to, will be present until they fight the Muslims along with the Dajjaal.

An example of his madness from a transcript of a conversation:

quote:

If they teach Walaa' and Baraa' (in Saudiyyah) which I learned there, some were pro-Saudi government, but they taught true Walaa and Baraa'. The difference some may not apply it - you take it and apply it. Then you will know.

So, according to Ahmad and Musa Jibril, the true Salafi hates the Saudi government, and considers them apostates from the Deen, without having established the proof of qasd or iraadah upon them, and without any requirement of referring the matters to the ?Ulemah of the Ummah. This is the methodology of the Khawaarij, as understood by Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jam?aah.

This is of course, more of a list than any sane Sunni needs in order to see this man's open evil and deviance, but those living in his filthy gutter of baatil don't smell anything but roses. So for those afflicted by this man's ideology, we call you to fear Allaah, and to seek the truth, and that is the pure and unadulterated Sunnah, as the Salaf understood it and clung to it with firmness. And let this be a clear bayaan from those who were affiliated with him from the Jam?aatud-Da?wah, ash-Shabaab us-Salafi, which we founded, and which was once affiliated with his Da?wah due to our ignorance. And myself, Raashid ibn Satbaal, I clear myself openly from this man and from his da?wah, and from all those who attach themselves to it and all the people of misguidance and evil which call to the way of the Khawaarij and all the deviated and destroyed paths which oppose the Sunnah. And I repent from accomodating any falsehood and ignorance based upon our desires and call all those who have left this man to do the same.

Stated Hudhayfah ibn Al-Yamaan (radiallaahu ?anhu):

?I said, ?Oh Messenger of Allaah, we used to be in evil and then Allaah came with good and now we are in that. So will there be, after this good, more evil? He said, ?Yes.? And there will be after that evil, more good?? He said, ?Yes? I asked, ?How is that?? He said:

?There will be, after me, leaders that will not seek guidance from my guidance, nor will they follow my Sunnah. There will be among them men with hearts of devils in the bodies of people.  ?

I said, ?What should I do, oh Messenger of Allaah, if I reach that time?? He said:

?Listen to and obey your leader even if he beats your back and your wealth is taken ? listen and obey.??
Reported by Bukhaaree, Muslim, Ibn Majah, al-Bayhaaqee, and al-Baghawee from Hudhaifah

Stated Abu Musa al-Ash?aree (radiallaahu ?anhu):
?They said (the Companions), ?0 Messenger of Allaah, which part of Islam is the most excellent?? He replied, ?(It is) he from whose hand and tongue the Muslims are safe.? Reportd by al-Bukhaaree and Muslim

Stated Imaam Abu Bakr al-Aajuree (d.360H, rahimahullaah):
?It is not permissible for the one who sees the uprising of a khaarijee who has revolted against the leader, whether he is just or oppressive ? so this person has revolted and gathered a group behind him, has pulled out his sword and has made lawful the killing of Muslims ? it is not fitting for the one who sees this, that he becomes deceived by his recitation of the Qur?aan, the length of his standing in prayer, nor his constant fasting, nor his good and excellent words in knowledge when it is clear to him that this person?s way and methodology is that of the Khawaarij.? Refer to ash-Sharee?ah (p. 28)

FBI investigates Dearborn men
Feds scrutinize pair for possible links to terror groups
By David Shepardson / The Detroit News

DEARBORN -- Two Dearborn men charged in a 20-count indictment with bank fraud, conspiracy, money laundering and using false Social Security cards are under investigation for possible links to terrorism.

Ahmad Musa Jebril and his father, Musa Abdallah Jebril, are charged with creating fake identities and using false Social Security numbers to open bank accounts and post office boxes.

The FBI has designated its investigation with a case number that refers to "Acts of Terrorism in the United States -- International Terrorists," according to the search warrant.

If convicted on the bank fraud charge, they could face up to 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine.

Since 1988, the pair purchased 13 homes in Metro Detroit and two apartment buildings. They then made false insurance claims, the government said, by insuring the properties for far more than they were worth. They are accused of defrauding six local banks of more than $250,000.

In one instance, they obtained a Visa credit card from Comerica in 1988, made cash advances of $10,472 and never repaid the bank.

One of the aliases used by the men to accept mail at a post office box in Taylor was "Alsalafyoon Alatharyoon," which is Arabic and translates into "The Rebellious Salafis," the U.S. Attorney's Office in Detroit said. It also said in an August 2002 indictment against four other men accused of supporting terrorists that salafisis "are one arm of the greater global Jihadist organization known as Al-Qaeda."

According to the search warrant filed in U.S. District Court by FBI Special Agent Theodore Ryan, agents found a "Hamas poster" at the Jebril home in Dearborn on Sept. 9.

Hamas has been designated as a terrorist organization by the United States and its assets have been frozen by the Treasury Department.

The men have been released on $10,000 unsecured bond.

An attorney for the men, David Steingold, said there was nothing in the indictment to link the men to terrorism. He also said he expected the men to be named in a superceding indictment.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Cynthia Oberg, who is a member of the office's Anti-Terrorism Task Force. She didn't return telephone calls Tuesday.
